The Anchorage Restaurant and Marina

My son had dined previously there, and suggested it as an alternative to some of the national chains we enjoy. He and I dined and enjoyed well prepared and portioned dinner entrees. There was a cozy feel about the dining room, the staff and patrons were friendly.

Wonderful service, delicious dinners, and a super friendly staff. My group of 14 really enjoyed our evening and we'll definitely be back!

There Are So Many Reasons To LOVE The Anchorage! It's Family Owned & Run, Their Food Is Delicious (All oF IT), You Can Dine In The Dining Room Area (Family Friendly), or If You Want Something More Casual You Can Have Some Drinks & Order Their Full Menu In The Bar Area. The Bar Crowd & Atmosphere Is My Favorite Because It's A Good Mix oF Both A Younger & Older Crowd, You Can Strike Up A Conversation With Just About Anyone & The Vibe Is Always Upbeat, But Relaxed. Don't Forget To Say Hi To My Favorite Mixologist, aka Bartender - Stephanie ☺ She's One oF My Favorite Human Beings & She Can Pretty Much Make Anything You Think Up (She Makes A Mean Bloody Mary Too 😁)! Try It Out - You Won't Be Disappointed 😉

Got the honey pepper chicken tender Mac and cheese and it was what I was expecting a MORE… so so good. Anchorage burger, FIRE. cowboy burger, FIRE. Mango hab Wings…….totally amazing.
Going in the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. Guy in there had no idea how to use Apple Pay but was so hilarious about how old fashioned he is. Highly highly recommend. SAM APPROVES! 🤣

We are Boston local 7 union ironworkers and travel a lot putting up buildings and building America, we love this place, Donna the waiter is amazing, the food is amazing, this is a great place and you got to try it yo see the bad reviews are from a fool.. ..

Julianne is the most likeable young lady!! Food was amazing along with the atmosphere!! The Julianne Pasta was the best!!

Extended family has long time relationship with the owner.This time was no exception.80th surprise birthday party buffet for approximately 50 guests,buffet,all prepared to order on the day of the gathering.Chicken Marsala,vegetable medley,pasta pancetta all outstanding.

The French onion soup at the Anchorage has been one of my favorite places to indulge in this guilty pleasure..you won't be disappointed..

Birthday dinner was fish and chips. It was delicious. One of my favorite places to dine. I would highly recommend for any occasion.

The Anchorage is a local gem, and one of my favorite restaurants. The food is homemade and delicious, and the staff is amazing! It is never disappointing! We go there often for all of these reasons. Try it! You'll like it! Just don't take our favorite table!

My family and I have been going there since the 1970s before I could say spaghetti! They have the best homemade sauce!! My favorite is chicken parm with spaghetti with extra sauce, you got to try the garlic fries holy cow!! My dad loves the spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce. I highly recommend going to this historic place and enjoy some good eats and a good cocktail tell Stephanie I sent you! Plus Ruthie in the kitchen kicks butt!!💜 😋🍝🥩🍗🍔🍟🥧🍹🍸🥃🍺

Amazing. We just had our lodge Christmas dinner at the Anchorage and everyone had a great time. The food was great and the staff was extra attentive, even though we went with a buffet. The bartender was always ready and did a great job keeping up with us, even toward the end of the night when we were a little crazy.

We had a large Christmas party there this holiday season, the food was fantastic, the staff was excellent , bartender did a great job keeping the drinks flowing, everything you could ask for from a restaurant for a big party. I highly recommend this place for your party or if you’re just going out for dinner as a couple or family.

Absolutely love the food... workers are friendly and did a fantastic job. The portions are big so we have food to heat up for a bedtime snack! Great homey atmosphere!THANKS to all!!!

Their Thursday wing night is a great deal! Can't beat the crispy wings and homemade sauces. All soups are homemade and I recommend trying any of their parms...chicken, eggplant, and veal. Hands down on of the best local restaurants.

The food. Something as simple as a hamburger...a lot of places overdo or ruin something as simple as that but not the Anchorage. The burger and sweet potato fries were spectacular.
The simple salas and the dressing was so much better than expected.
I recommend this great place to anyone looking for a traditional place to eat and leave happy.
Dri ks were not stiff... they were good.
Like someone behind the bar knew what they were doing.
Overall this gem on the rondout creek in eddyville is my new favorite.

A quiet, cozy, often overlooked place. Beautiful views, great staff and amazing food. If you go you must try their delicious bacon jam burger!

Love this place. Good food. Very nice staff. A little expensive. Will always go here. Wish they would expand their menu
