Please do not waste your time or money at this place! I am having ringing in my ear that is very bothersome, and has been going on for some time now. Dr. Chase confirmed the ringing but didn’t do anything about it, all he said was to schedule a hearing test. There is nothing wrong with my hearing! He didn’t order any scans, or even give me recommendations on how to reduce this. What was also very frustrating was when the scheduler opened the door while the doctor was talking to me due to an “scheduling problem”. As someone who works in the patient care field, that is COMPLETELY unprofessional. When he was told that, he just left the room so I guess that was the end of my appointment!! The hearing test also couldn’t even be scheduled for one month and a half! I left his office feeling very defeated and frustrated. Please do not waste your time or money, and go to OSU!

Staff was rude when I called and in person the office is disgusting. Looked like I'd catch something from the carpet in the waiting room there were stains everywhere. The whole place stinks. I had Hope's the actual rooms to see the Doctor would be clean but to my disappointment they were not the floors throughout are disgusting and the walls looked the same. He May be a good Doctor but I'll never know I wasnt staying around to deal with the rudeness and the filth. Healthcare providers want to charge outrageous fees for everything well they need to spend so.e of that money on there building and hire people who are polite not rude when your ill.
