Continuing my positive experience with the dealership, I recently visited their body shop to address some factory blemishes on my vehicle, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The team at the body shop did an outstanding job - the blemishes have completely disappeared, leaving my car looking flawless. What's even more noteworthy is that they managed to complete the entire job in about an hour. Their efficiency and attention to detail are truly commendable. I'm beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend their body shop to anyone in need of expert care for their vehicle.

I brought my jeep into Bob Boyd because the steering was a little wonky… Not only was it under warranty, but it feels so much better and I just want to say thank you thank you thank you to the team who worked on my jeep I absolutely love it. Brian Hammond always comes through for me. He treats you like a person and not just a potential sale. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming.

Only downside is the service department can’t seem to hire enough techs, which means “express lane” oil changes usually mean long waits or requests to make an appointment.

Once again Bob Body has proven to be what anyone could hope as your hometown dealership. I traded in my 2013 Ram Sport last year on a 2020 Ram Sport Laramie. On my last PM service appointment they notified me that I had a cracked exhaust manifold. I had noticed the leak but it was a faint sound that I couldn't locate. They ordered the part under warranty and kept me up to date on the 4 month lead time to get the part. Once it arrived I took my truck in as scheduled and the repair was completed same day as promised.
I've been taking my vehicles to Bob Boyd for the 7 years I've lived in Lancaster and I am completely satisfied with this team.

Bob Boyd Chrysler has earned all my repair and maintenance needs on my Ram Sport 1500 Hemi truck and my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. The service department staff is exceptional in customer service and knowledge. The technicians have not given me any reason to doubt their professional skill and care with my vehicles.

Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my purchase experience with this dealership. Started out as on online inquiry as I live up in the Toledo area and could not just drive down to talk in person. Dan Wykle was my salesman, start to finish he was truly great. I always had prompt responses from him, he let me lead the process without any of that "sales talk" you get from some other places. He even helped to coordinate getting the cars window tint done with just 24 hours notice once I put a deposit down before making the 3 hour drive. The staff was pleasant, no pressure in the finance office "Heidi you were great too helping to cancel my factory warranty on my turn in". I will GLADLY recommend this place to anyone living any distance away, and will always consider them in the future should they have something I am looking for when it comes time again to purchase another vehicle.

Their customer service was amazing from the first phone call looking for a new vehicle until after I picked mine up with a follow up call. I ordered my vehicle and was in a fender bender days before trade in. They worked with me both the sales and collision department to make the transition smoothly. I would recommend Bob Boyd Ford Lancaster to everyone. And I have actually done that. They go above and beyond for their customers and they are upfront and honest.

They were very professional and could answer any question I had. I came in looking for a Jeep Compass Trailhawk, they had it and worked with me to get the best deal they could offer. Everybody from sales, service and financial were all very kind and walked me through the process. I bought from them before so I returned for excellent service, and I was not disappointed. They will have my future business as well when I am looking for another vehicle.

We needed some minor repair work done on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While the parts took a couple of months to arrive, the repair was done in a little over an hour while I waited. The car was returned cleaner than when it arrived! The personnel was friendly and efficient. The repair was very reasonably priced.
