I'm almost at a loss for words for how grateful I am that pipeworks was able to help me out in my time of need. I ran into a issue with my drain lines at the beginning of the year causing any use of water to back up into my bathtub making me unable to use any water in the house other than drinking water. I have three children with one of them being less than two weeks old at the time of service. I explained my situation to Jessica over the phone and she had two techs at my house within hours to resolve the issue. When the techs arrived, they were very efficient and professional in resolving the issue within about an hour. They even cleaned up all messes from the process! They helped me out of a big problem for my family at home and couldn't be happier with the results. The price for the work performed was also very reasonable as well. This is a company that treats its customers well and gets it right the first time. What more needs to be said?

I can't thank Pipeworks of Ohio enough for their amazing service and going above and beyond for my mother when she really needed it the most. After being discharged from the hospital, they scheduled her within 24 hours to fix the toilet in her en suite bathroom and repair the unstable flooring beneath it. This prevented my mom from having to walk across the house with her oxygen tank to the only working bathroom. The technicians truly listened and prioritized her needs in her condition. The workmanship was fantastic - they did an excellent job with the new flooring in particular. Both my parents were so happy with the repairs. I highly recommend them for their skilled work and compassionate customer service, especially for seniors. They will always be our first call when plumbing issues arise. This company's caring attention to their clients makes all the difference.

The crew showed up on time to fix the gas leak. Made sure all appliances started up after gas shut off. Completed in one day. Great job guys. Even offered me pizza. I would recommend Pipeworks .

Nick and Mike were here to fix some clogs in a new rental. They got here and took care of the problem in a very timely matter. The guys were so nice and kept the place clean. So appreciate them!!!!

We have had pipeworks out multiple times in the last couple of years.

Previously, they replaced a bad element in our water heater and clean out the sediment.

They also helped find and fix a dangerous sink leak a while back which saved us from some costly repairs.

We managed to get a couple years out of that replacement element but this week the water heater gave out again. Pipeworks once again tried to help us out with a similar element replacement but it looked like the leaking was too much. We went with a replacement unit, finally. Eleven years was a good run for the old unit.

Not only did they have a reasonable price but they added in an overflow system and rerouted the janky plumbing we had around it. They did a wonderful job and were very attentive to any questions we had. It's really clear they care about craftmanship.

The performance of the unit seems better than the last and we have plenty of hot water.

Do yourself a favor and save thier number. It's the only one you'll need for plumbing.

Mike and Drake came out this morning to inspect my gas line. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. I will definitely call Pipeworks in the future for any issues I may have.

I've used Pipeworks in the past and I never hesitate to recommend them to others whether for residential or commercial plumbing work, including both repair and new construction jobs. I just wanted to give a shout out to Josh, Josh and Zach. They did a fabulous job of replacing all the piping in my house. I had trouble with the plumbing in this old house due to it not being set up properly when built. The guys were great at letting me know what was happening and gave me plenty of time to prepare for being without water. They worked to make sure I wasn't without any water for as little time as possible and one day hooked up a sink just so we would have water overnight. Great company, I will definitely recommend to anyone that ask me about plumbing work.

We have used Pipeworks a few times, and every time they have been incredibly helpful and courteous. On separate occasions they installed a hot water tank, fixed a leaking pipe, and installed a toilet. They also do a great job with scheduling, and they are quick to get things done. I highly recommend them!

I had a small leak that appeared over a weekend in the old pipes in my basement utility room. We had to have new hot and cold lines replaced in this area. Pipeworks was very prompt in returning my call and getting service to me the same day. The technicians Nick and Austin were great from start to finish. Explaining things as they went and ensuring everything was sealed up in both the new and old connections before they left. We’ve had several plumbing related issues in the past but this was our first time using Pipeworks after a family recommendation. We will definitely keep Pipeworks in mind for future projects.

The tank on my toilet began filling yesterday evening without turning off; the flapper valve had failed (that happens over the years). We found that the toilet's water shut-off valve had been improperly installed years before and was unusable, so the main valve had to be turned off, leaving us with no water to the house.
Eric and Doug arrived from Pipeworks promptly this morning as promised, and knew exactly what to do. They were able to remove some old "creative engineering", install proper pipes and valves while resolving my existing problems (which will eliminate any future difficulties), and get the glory of indoor plumbing restored to my house. These two very polite and personable young gentlemen were finished very quickly, cleaned up everything, and even petted my kitty-cat. The final price for their hard work was far less than I had anticipated, and even included a Military discount. Eric and Doug were marvelous! It was a great morning.

Most folks take running water and a flushable toilet for granted, until something quits working. If I have plumbing issues of any type, or need new items installed, I will always call Pipeworks. I know they will provide outstanding service.

We had Pipeworks come out and fix our washer drain line and wash sink drain. It was draining out into the floor drain which is of course not ideal. They were able to clean the emergency drain pipe and get it flowing better for us. And then they installed piping and now have my washer and wash sink draining into the main line. They were thorough and looked at my pipes as well as tested everything to make sure things wouldn't back up. They also talked to me about different issues with my old plumbing and offered solutions for the future. Both guys that came out to our property were extremely professional and helped walk me through things so I understood what was going on. I highly recommend these guys and will 100% be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Just one day after the "Blizzard of 2022" burst a pipe in our kitchen. St. Nick was here and fixed our problem in just a few hours. We have an old, quirky, owner-built historic home, and Nick was able to figure out an easy way to run new Pex lines to get our kitchen sink running better than ever. He is a super nice guy, too, and a hard worker. The cost came in much less than I had originally feared. I plan to use Pipeworks when we do a bathroom renovation next summer. Thanks for your great service!

Have a very old home with unique plumbing issues. Josh and Eric were able to locate the leak quickly with minimum damage to the ceiling below the leak. They were friendly, professional, courteous and keep me informed in every step of the repair. The repair was finished in a timely manner to my satisfaction...they even cleaned up every piece of drywall, lathe and plaster and swept the room before discussing payment. The price of the repair was very economical for the professional service and complexity of the repair. I would highly recommend this company and their workers for any plumbing need.

I had a very clogged drain pipe due to dreaded tree roots and they were able to take care of the problem very efficiently.
They were very kind, courteous and professional. There was an unexpected problem that arose and they were able to squeeze in the extra job without having to reschedule!

I wish you could give 10 stars, that’s how amazing every single person I dealt with was. Having an older home, we found so many shortcut plumbing issues that it was overwhelming. I got various quotes which were outrageous, and when I got the quote back from Ian- I thought he made a mistake because his quote was so much more reasonable. He walked me through step by step about what would work best for my house and what services they could help me with. This company is so down to earth, realistic, and really has your best interest in mind. They quoted me for a two day job, and when it only took them 1.5 days- THEY DEDUCTED THE .5 LABOR HOURS FROM MY BILL. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality people doing quality product. They are great at what they do Plumbing! I thought price was high Bt it seems that all Plumbers charge outrageous prices. No matter if it’s only unplugging a kitchen sink ! A 35 min job. 479.00 ! Yeah! So would this be worth the money? That’s what ya ask yourself? Or try n do it yourself? It’s hard for Everyone to live today with prices Up an wages down. Well we the wrking ppl ! I think these companies should be a little more reasonable.

We have been using Pipeworks in our 1900 house since we moved in a couple of years ago. This has included a complicated removal of an old waste stack, replacing out-of-code gas lines, and routine toilet replacement and drain cleaning. Recently, Michael and Doug arrived about 2 hours after I called to unclog a shower drain. They efficiently went to work and completed the job in about half an hour.
