Big Bottom State Memorial Park

A historic site that is a memorial to the past. Google Maps show a large park but I could only find the memorial along the Muskingum River. It is still a nice memorial and a part of Ohio's history.

Very interesting historical site. Very nice park great views of the river. I always recommend visiting such interesting historical locations. Especially when they are as easy to get to as this. No restroom facility on location. Is restrooms a short distance after the park.

Interesting history to this site. The big old trees are beautiful.

Very historical but somewhat grisly history. The Big Bottom Massacre has been a stain on this beautiful park. However, when you visit it, it's like taking a step back in time. Wonderful area and also close enough to Stockport for gas and anything else needed from a gas station.

I looked and looked never did find any big bottoms. Rather disappointing in that regard. Cool place to stop and have a picnic.
Please work on getting a few quality big bottoms at this location. Thanks
