Great team! The visit went well and stayed on track. All of the team members were professional and pleasant. All of the steps of the procedure were explained clearly and executed correctly. If I have a future need, I will be checking with Dr. Kouba.

Super friendly staff. Tell you what they are doing thru the entire process! Received a call the night before surgery from the Dr. to see if I had any questions concerning the surgery!

As a caregiver, I have taken patients in for treatments. When I needed treatment myself, relatives recommended the place, and I was a little familiar. I am so happy I made them my choice for care.

One young lady stands out with her always going above and beyond her duties. Jessica has assisted on most of my treatments and she stands out as someone who is definitely an asset to the clinic , and her chosen profession.

Christine is just great! She is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. I've been suffering from hives and rashes off and on for several years. By my third visit, I finally had a diagnosis. I highly recommend this office!

I have had an outstanding experience with the doctors and nurses at The Toledo Clinic, Wauseon. Everyone was professional, explained what was going to happen and the entire procedure was efficient and they sought to make me as comfortable (I am arthritic and hard of hearing) as they possibly could. It was a very fine experience. Should the need arise again in the future, I will seek their help once again. Do not hesitate to go there.
