I have the same experience with them . You ask for a price on something and they never get back to you. Why don’t they just close down or sell out to someone that will actually run it.

We had the owner (after several calls) come to our house to give us an estimate for a fireplace insert. He came and measured but never gave us an estimate. Very poor customer service.

On three separate trips to the store, the couple working took my name and number for the owner to call me. I want to replace my current gas insert but I am still waiting for a call. Time to look elsewhere since I've been waiting for more than a year. Very disappointing

Been trying for over a year to get a fireplace installed. Stopped in 2 different times and gave them my information and both times I never heard back.

Two years ago I left my number and they were suppose to call but still waiting……

I CALLED ABOUT A GAS FIREPLACE INSERT AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME BACK,NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER I WENT TO THE STORE AND THEY TOOK MY NAME DOWN FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO LOOK AT MY FIREPLACE,STILL WAITING ON THE PHONE CALL.I WENT TO DOWLERS FIREPLACE AND BOUGHT A FIREPLACE INSERT FIRST TRIP WITH NO WAITING.

Could be more helpful, bad attitudes. I'd go else where.
