Went in for an oil change/ brake pads but found out I needed two new tires and major fixes to the brakes. I was a little taken aback since I wasn’t expecting that, but Miguel did a great job explaining all the repairs that absolutely couldn’t wait and needed to get done. He also expedited parts for me to save hours of time since I was stuck at the shop. Really great customer service and would definitely recommend them.

As long as Miguel works here I will never go anywhere else! I had to come in for a state inspection and the machine was down, it was almost the end of the month, I had to get to work, it was all a mess! In spite of the chaotic situation, Miguel took such good care of me and my car, he was so flexible with the timing because of my work schedule and he managed to get me out of there so fast with new stickers! I was so stressed and so ready for everything to go wrong, as has happened with nearly every garage I've been to, but Miguel was so helpful, calming and knowledgeable I actually left in a better mood than I came in with! He is a great mechanic and an absolute joy to talk to!

We were from out if state (9hrs from home) and had car problems. They helped get the repairs done and got us back on road right away. They were awesome and a life saver !! Will always consider Monroe for help.

Car had problems starting. I needed to know if it was just a battery problem or if alternator wasn't properly charging the battery. Mike quickly determined it was the battery. It was a special kind, which he quickly ordered a replacement for delivery. Installed fast. Problem solved.

I am so glad I found Monro Auto Service after moving to Providence. Every experience I have had here has been a positive one. My most recent experience was with Sean, and I originally checked in for an oil change. I told Sean about a problem I noticed with my tire, and he graciously took a close look, figured out the problem, communicated the problem to me promptly, and did a thorough job fixing it. Unlike other auto shops I have been to in the past, these men genuinely take their jobs seriously and pay very close attention to detail. Whenever I go there, I know I am in great hands, and that means everything. Highly recommend!!

The high ratings are true! I trust this shop and feel good going here. Like the other reviewers, I have to say Miguel is a gem and an absolute delight to deal with. He is honest, very knowledgeable, and even compassionate. He explained everything to me thoroughly. The other associates here are great as well. I've only had very good experiences with them all. I am so glad I tried this place out, because I don't want to go anywhere else now.

I have brought an Audi, Ford, and Mazda here many times over the last several years. Each time the service was great and very fast. Most recently I purchased a whole set of tires, tire insurance, and maintenance at a very reasonable price. If Miguel is handling your vehicle or coordinating your service you are in good hands. The turn-around time is incredible. Even during this unprecedented interruption to the global supply chain and labor force due to COVID, this team has been able to maintain an excellent level of customer service. I will be back for sure!

Miguel went above and beyond to accommodate my car needs including oil change, new battery, new tires, and state inspection. As a young woman, I can be nervous about car shops taking advantage of my lack of knowledge but Miguel was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in every step of the way. I also have a busy schedule and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my car needs. Seriously cannot thank him and this place enough! Will never bring my car anywhere else. Thank you!

Every time I go there, the men are very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed to make decisions on what my car needs and I never feel like they want to sell me things I don’t need. When I got my tires and oil changed last, a nice man names Sean helped me seamlessly even though it was quite busy this day. He was still fast and courteous with service.

Miguel and the crew do any amazing job. They're prompt, very reasonable and very personable. As everyone knows, getting work done on your car can be often be a pain, costly and filled with uncertainty. From the moment I walked in they made me feel extremely comfortable and I trusted that they were making recommendations and doing all of the service in my best interest without making me pay for things I didn't necessarily need. Got my emissions test done here a year ago and got stellar performance. Came in for a check up and oil change and received great service once again. Brandon took the time to talk to me and show me certain issues I had some concerns about and he set me up with another appointment to get it all sorted out. Great staff, great service.

Four visits, each outstanding. Unlike another tire place in town, Miguel and his team--today, I met Sean--are courteous to women customers and I always learn something. They have the people skills you can't teach; folks either have it or they don't. I enjoy going there.

Miguel is the absolute best mechanic I have ever worked with. He is genuine, straight forward and trustworthy. He cares about your safety first and he takes his job seriously as a doctor of cars. He deserves a raise!

Brought my car in for state inspection today. Was quick and easy, the guys were very professional, and I was in and out in 30 mins! Though be advised you need to book an appointment a day or two ahead.
