I highly recommend this office. Especially, Andrea because she is in tune with today's medical treatments. She has a wide range of knowledge so I feel like I could go to her for anything. I read some of these reviews about prices but I haven't experienced anything besides the normal co-pays if you were to have insurance. Overall, I think I get great service for monies spent. All of my scripts have been ordered quickly. Its nice to have a one stop shop for any medical advice that I need.

I really liked my doctor and the staff were really nice but they lost my blood samples all 9 tubes and it’s very important that I keep my levels monitored. I thought I found my new primary care physician. I’m very disappointed

Update. They were able to fix everything even though the lab is a separate entity. I really like Andrea because she actually listens to me , she doesn’t push drugs on you and will offer ways to improve without medication if possible as that is what I told her I was looking for . I’m just hoping my insurance company stops fighting with them so I can go back .

Andrea Burton is my provider and she is absolutely amazing and efficient. She is the first provider that I have found since moving to Nevada. She listens well and treats the underlying issues. I am truly thankful for her, because she has helped me find the best solutions when I was ill. She is very compassionate. I have my health back thanks to her. The front office staff are also always kind and efficient.

The staff have and do treat me with the utmost respect. Dr. Andrea is always busy, but never too busy. That is something I appreciate. Some providers do know how to balance that. They have grown the staff, but the degree of respect, professionalism, and concern for their patients has not changed. Even if they may receive calls several times a day or week, their professionalism and courtesy is always given. Thank you ladies and I think there is a gentleman there now too. I truly appreciate you all for all that you do. Oh course that includes Dr. Andrea. Thank you and I appreciate you all so very much.

I’ve been going for a few months now for menopause concerns, but I’ve enjoyed my experience so much I’d like to make them my primary care.
I find the doctor to be no nonsense and efficient. She is kind and listened to my concerns.
The staff has been really nice and helpful, too.

I’m impressed with the staff! The ladies at the front are very helpful, polite, and kind.

Appointments are easy to make and not usually a long wait.

I had to get blood work done but forgot my paperwork when I arrived at Quest Diagnostics. I called the office and one of the ladies at the front faxed it to Quest for me immediately.

No one ever loves going to the Dr! I found Sunset Family Practice on my UHC app a few years ago and is my favorite of many since living in the area.
Andrea is so kind, listens, and gives an overall feeling she wants to help with any medical needs I'm having.
The girls who work in the front are the best! They take thorough messages and are personable and friendly.
This place is a hidden gem!! ❤

I go 30 minutes early, as they can often take care of the problem if you go early.
I get home before my appointment time.
They work fast, which helps.
It saves time. I love that !!!

I've been looking for a family doctor for a while and I heard a lot of great things about Andrea, so I decided to give Sunset Hills Family Practice a shot. I didn't wait long in the waiting room, which was a plus. The front desk girls, Damaris and Ashley were very pleasant and greeting me with big smiles. Andrea was patient and listened to all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed by her at all. She ordered me an ultrasound and blood work. Heather, who did my blood work was very friendly as well. I was shocked by the time I pulled into my driveway, I had a text from CVS that my prescription was ready. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years and I trust them with everything. She spotted major injuries in my neck that needed emergency surgery and my life is so much better now for obvious reasons. They helped me want to do better! Great place!!!!!! They even offer phone visits which is great if you have a hectic schedule like mine! Love it here!

I really like Andrea she listens to everything you say.. very warm, seems to know about everything I have. Lol. She's just too busy after your appointment to get a hold of. She is close by so it's easier to go there and get my RXs if there is a problem. She always takes care of it right away ..wish she had more office help but since the pandemic it's harder to get through to all Dr.s and business.. UPDATE:
Her text messages are answered quickly and easy to get a hold of her now . It's on her website. So much better because she gets the message.. So extremely happy 😁 and as always she's a great Dr. Also for those that use RXs she makes sure you have what you need.

I have used Andrea as my medical provider for a few years when she was located at another practice. When she left & started out on her own I did not hesitate switching my health care needs to her new office.
She listens to me and has always provided the best treatment & advice. I like that she challenges me to be healthy, eat healthy, & exercise ( without beating me up if I fall short).
She is a very competent, knowledgeable provider that I am sure you would be comfortable with.

This was my first experience with a doctors office in Las Vegas since I’ve moved in 2018. I saw Andrea and she was super helpful, informative and quick. My appointment was @ 9 AM, I was out of the office by 9:45 with my Nexplanon removed, a new BC prescription, and lab work done. Definitely recommend!

Andrea is by far one of the most caring knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever been to, and that is saying a lot because I have a chronic illness and have to see A LOT of doctors. She always listens and knows exactly what to do. I have a complicated issue that a lot of doctors have never even heard of but she gets it. If I call or message her office she always responds. I am so thankful to have found her.

I can not recommend Sunset Hills Family Practice enough. First of all, the front office manager/ head nurse Joanna is THE BEST. She is welcoming and knowledgeable.
Next, Dr. Warburton is amazing and thoughtful. I will never change providers. She listens, takes time to understand and to help you to understand anything you might need you know. I feel like most doctors out there only give you 5 minutes and then on to the next patient!
I never feel rushed or unheard when at Sunset Hills Family Practice.
Oh and Dr. Warburton also does weight loss and some facial rejuvenation stuff so if you are like me and would like to get your botox or whatever while in office for check up they can totally do it!

Doctor Warburton is a great doctor for me and my Mother. She really listens and gets down to business right away. Most always referrals are sent out the same day. If i have questions about my Mom's medications or problems with her health, her wonderful assistant Joanne always gets me an answer right away. I've never seen a more competent doctor's office than hers. It's a pleasure to go there.

I had an appointment in the afternoon to see the PA Andrea. She thoroughly addressed my concerns and was quick and to the point! It seems like she is very efficient. I did not have to wait long at all in the waiting room or in the private room. The practice itself is clean and the front desk reception was very nice and polite.

This is my first visit. Came there with my 17 Year old daughter. The staff was inviting and very helpful. I have been in Vegas for 10 years and this is the first office that made me feel welcome.

Once I learned Andrea was no longer at my doctors office I searched for her and am so happy to have found her and switched practices with no hesitation. She is the only doctor I've ever had that I'm comfortable with and who actually listens and understands. I would strongly recommend her to anybody.
