I searched for years to find a good massage therapist. After reading many reviews I scheduled with Cassie. She is incredible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

Best massage of my life! I've had 50+ massages in the past 10 years and this was one of few that was worth every penny. Cassie clearly has years of experience and a deep understanding of anatomy. The strength and stamina required to perform a 2 hour deep tissue massage was impressive. I will absolutely be back to support this great business.

I booked my first massage since the pandemic with Cassie. I did it partly because of all her great reviews on google. The reviews sang her praises and now so do I. The massage was exactly what I needed. I am a big fan of Cassie. She is excellent at massage and seems to be intuitive to what level of intensity I needed to address a chronic tightness in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Cassie.

My daughter and husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas while I was on an assignment in Medford. I’m glad they chose this place. As my first ever professional massage encounter, it was phenomenal. Cassie is very personable and the atmosphere was really relaxing. I got the Mountain’s Retreat and got the massage first which was superb. After that came the skin treatment. Boy did my skin feels so soft and clean. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to pamper themselves.

I have had a whole lot of body work in my life and Cassie is absolutely excellent. She is very thorough, intuitive, listens to your needs and makes the most out of even a half hour session. I have never had such a comfortable and relaxing deep tissue massage. Plus her space is beautiful and serene. Highly recommended!

Cassie was wonderful, she knew what pressure I needed without me needing to say anything and was fun and easy to talk to. I usually am very self conscious but Cassie was professional and personable and melted away all my stress in a half an hour. Next time I am defiantly going for a full hour and highly recommend the CBD-oil massage!

Cassie's deep tissue massage is by far the best massage I've ever gotten! She addressed my neck pain which has come from stress and clenching my jaw. She really knows how to find where you there are knots in your body and how to release the tension. She is a super amazing therapist. I love her new place too! Try her out, you won't be sorry!

The absolute best masseuse I have ever gone to. Not only is she, in my opinion, the best in the business; she is very pleasant and easy to talk with while still keeping a very professional atmosphere. Not only is she great at reading a person's personality, but, she is also phenomenal at deciding what the best course of treatment for you should be. I can count on one hand professionals I would recommend to my family and friends and she makes the very top of the list. Came here for my first massage ever (thanks to my girlfriend for getting me a gift certificate for Valentine's day), and man was it a great experience! I have always had a lot of tension in my neck, back, and shoulders, and experience a lot of pain when others try to massage it/I use massage guns. But she made it feel amazing, and I felt very loose afterwards for the first time ever!

I'm honestly mad at myself for not going to get a massage sooner. My first professional massage experience was awesome! I feel so much better. Thank you Cassie! I'll be back!

I have received a massage twice monthly for the last 10 years, and when my last massage therapist retired, I began to search for a new therapist. After my second massage with her, I knew that I had found a therapist that I can work with long-term. Cassie is an experienced and dedicated massage therapist. She is very responsive to the type of massage I need at each appointment and is able to easily change her technique depending on how my muscles feel.

I’ve experienced a lot of massage therapy and Cassie definitely provides the best massage I’ve ever received. Whether its a relaxing massage, or deep tissue, her skills and knowledge are unbeatable. Plus sometimes she has Maui onion garlic macadamia nuts for snacks and they complete me.

I have a long list of old injuries compounded by fibromyalgia. I had somehow kinked my neck & had been having muscle spasms & unable to turn my head to my shoulder for over a week. Cassie was attentive to my individual needs and gave me an amazing healing massage. It was so relaxing I literally almost drooled on myself and left feeling like a noodle, pain free and able to turn my head again! My husband & I have been seeing Cassie @ A Swedish Tradition for about 5 years. She really listens as we describe our body problems & treats accordingly. Have had both deep tissue & swedish massages, and combination of both. Always come away feeling so much better! Have seen other massage therapists from time to time, but no one compares to her quality care. She is the best in my book!
