Beautiful, clean facility. Abby was wonderful, knew exactly what I wanted, but she took time to explain everything. Her assistant was also amazing! Super friendly, Abby was running behind a little and she was totally transparent about that. I was totally fine with it, but I can appreciate her honesty for someone who might be in a hurry.

Like a dum dum, I went to the wrong medical spa and was almost 15 minutes late for my first appointment. They were completely understanding and still fit me in. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked Abby and I will be back!

I seriously do not know where to begin. From my first appointment over a week ago, I decided to go back to Dr. Abbey Coats to do the Lubriderm injections for my lips Instead of Botox. I am totally impressed with Dr. Coats and her team. She made me feel extremely comfortable with the process and I’m looking forward to the final results in a couple weeks It’s currently 6:10 PM and the injections were done at 10 AM this morning and I’m feeling really awesome I seriously plan to go back to have other procedures done, but I’m very happy that I chose to see her among other options that I was currently given. Thank you so much, Dr. Coats and your team. You do an absolutely marvelous job.
