Secure Storage

I have used this facility a couple times while moving to and from Ashland; so, I’ve only had the units for a couple months at a time. They have been great getting me set up, and very easy to get closed out. I’ve had different units each time, both very clean and quite secure. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m looking for a storage unit.

Secure Storage is just that, secure. I had two storerooms broken into at another facility losing appliances, personal items and a forty year collection of tools. I've been with Secure Storage for over ten years. It's clean, organized and the people running it are great to work with. Their security is the best.

I've always received great service here--above & beyond! Plus the units and the entire place are extremely well-maintained and secure. Once a friend and I were so deep in conversation as we wrapped up, we forgot to pull the unit's door shut. As I entered my code to open the gate to depart, a disembodied voice notified us that the door was still open. Wow! That's a security measure one rarely finds at a storage facility. I was both embarrassed and deeply grateful.

Excellent facility. This is definitely a secure and safe facility, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. I love that it is fenced, gated, and super clean, all ground units, with video cameras and managers living on site 24/7. We needed to sell a few items when consolidating our storage units, and I asked management to be aware when the buyer came in with my authorized agent. This made it safer for my authorized agent as well as more comfortable for the buyer. Free truck for move-ins was great. I can recommend Secure Storage in a heart beat.

Matt & Cindy were very nice and accommodating. Very professional and easy to work with. I had two units there for almost a year during a difficult time. I appreciate all they did for me.

My dealings with Secure Storage go back to 2011 and when I was in need of storage again, Secure Storage was my first choice. I am always happy with the service and courtesy given to me by the "Secure Team", Matt, Cindy and Vanessa.
After having to leave the area, I never had a moment of doubt that my things stored there were safe and "Secure" and my best interests were well looked after. I truly appreciate the service and considerations afforded me by my wonderful Secure Storage Team. Very clean and very safe well managed I would highly recommend this storage faciltiy

I had 2 units in Ashland for almost 2 years while going back to school. I never had a single problem and they were always very courteous. After school, I rented a storage unit elsewhere and came to really appreciate what Secure Storage had to offer. The hours were convenient, the access was easy, and there were no limits on visiting times. I've driven in there with my 15' trailer and with a 26' moving van and never had a problem with slopes or turning radii. After I moved, I really appreciated when my deposit check was returned to them as "un-deliverable" at my new address, they mailed it 3 times to make sure I got it. I highly recommend Secure Storage and, even if they have nothing available, put your name on the wait-list because you never know when a unit will open up.

I've stored personal and business inventory type items at Secure Storage since 2004. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff, and the facilities are always in great shape. Short of actually cleaning out your unit for you, they take care of everything - plus their free moving van can really come in handy sometimes!

Hands down, the absolute BEST storage facility in all of southern Oregon or Northern California! Immaculate site and units, state of the art security, convenient access, and the most wonderful management and staff imaginable! Not easy to become a tenant because of high demand for their units, but, once you get in, you won’t want to leave!

Cindy and Matt are fantastic managers- I am grateful to have had a safe, clean, convenient place to store my belongings on two occasions when I have been in transition. They even prorated my last month when I moved out early. Thank you for your fantastic service and kindness!

This has been my storage service on and off for 10 years now. It is an awesome place, and run very well by Matt and Cindy. No problems ever, and any tiny requests are always handled quickly. No mice or bugs in any unit I have ever had.

Cindy and Matt Walker manage a clean, orderly storage facility. We've had personal belongings in a unit for nearly 20 years without incident. The automated entrance gate makes it easy to get to our goods when it's convenient and even outside office hours. We recommend Secure Storage without reservation.

I've been a customer here for 9 years. It's always clean, always secure. They were really helpful when we needed to our daughter's storage with ours and when we wanted to relocate for convenience. They've been friendly and great with billing questions as well. The only price increases have been in line with inflation. This is a well run establishment.

Matt & Cindy Walker are so kind & so understanding & I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. They'd have a difficult time measuring up! My husband was very ill, for over a year, and the Walker's made an exception, those times when I was late with my monthly payments, and didn't charge me a late fee. They run a tight, efficient business & we feel secure in the fact they'll take good care of our belongings until we can reunite with all of it!
