On the Fly Espresso

The service and food are exceptional. I stoped here on my way to the airport. I was skeptical considering it's a tiny building, but they did not disappoint. The woman who helped us was sweet as can be and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The coffee was amazing as well. Cheap and far better than almost any coffee shop I've been too. I wish I could frequent this place!! They deserve 10 stars

Great drive thru spot. The barista lets you adjust your coffee and is so kind.
It’s a plus that she uses MONIN syrups and not the cheap syrups that other coffee shops use.
The coffee was delicious and gave us the kick we needed.

Very nice lady. Great food and coffee. People judging her about her attitude may just need to work on themselves instead and quit taking every little facial expression personal. Just because you're offended by everything doesn't mean you have to try to tarnish someone's name.

Love this drive thru coffee spot! It was on my drive to work from Virginia City to Bozeman! The coffee is great and I always ordered the breakfast burrito with the hash browns in it! So good! I’ll definitely go again when I’m in Ennis!

Best coffee in Ennis! I'm really critical about coffee drinks; I've tried each place in Ennis, and On the Fly is, by far, the best tasting, most consistent place in town. Always prepared perfectly! Worth a stop!

Best coffee around. Very professional Barista! The owner is always there working and is actually very kind, regardless of some of the reviews I’ve read here. She’s just very busy and moving people in and out. If you get your feelings hurt because she doesn’t make you feel special then you should probably reevaluate your emotional IQ aspirations. Be less sensitive and more empathetic.

Best coffee in town, and I can always rely on consistency and excellence here at On The Fly Espresso. The barista does a fabulous job at remembering your regular drinks as well as providing quick service. Hands down my favorite coffee shop!

I guess I understand the service complaints, but she has a great response on here. She's trying to get people their stuff and make it good. And boy, those biscuits and gravy are insanely good. I didn't expect that from a little coffee kiosk. She should sell those in stores!

We left West Yellowstone this morning and stopped in Ennis for a latte. Best one ever. The woman was very friendly. She was awesome.
