Warm welcome on a snowy day!!! Superb customer service. Had the perfect winter clothes when I was in a pinch, Also my Boots that I bought are the Bomb!!!

Called the Trading Post to see if they could help me with a Valentine/Anniversary gift. Mary was so amazingly helpful and nice. Since I am doing this from 800 miles away, it was great to have a friendly person who was happy to do everything they could to get the gift, and then get it delivered too. Above and beyond! And did I mention NICE!

Awful service!! The lady at the counter followed us around and stared the entire time. Did not greet us as we walked in and said nothing the entire time. Made the whole experience terrible.
