Mary and Jennifer are awesome property managers. I never have to worry about my rental property because they’re in charge.

Jennifer was very helpful with our home buying and made it easy for us and explained everything. Any house we wanted to see, she set it up for us quickly. Very fun personality so it made the experience an absolute joy. Highly recommend

Jenn showed us a number of houses that we were interested in and was with us every step of the way. She was readily available most hours of the day and would even respond to us on the weekend. We found our house a couple hours after it was listed and had an offer in on it by the end of the weekend. 45 days later and we were done. Very painless, very professional.

Mary was extremely rude , we walked in on her on the phone with one of her current tenants that had a question for her, and she proceeded to get attitude with the poor girl on the phone and tell her that she cannot help her and then when the girl asked a question, she said, like I said, I cannot help you didn’t even try to solve her problem and she supposed to be the owner. And proceeds to come up to us when we were told on the phone not as long as we come in before 330 We can go and see the rental property. And she turned us away and said well, it is 330 so you guys are too late. Unfortunately me and my boyfriend have full-time jobs and cannot just take a whole day off. She was very rude and I hope she gets the karma that she has coming for her.

Very disappointed emailed Mary on a Tuesday to let her know that my wife and I would be up there on Friday from Tucson at 350 Mile drive never bothered to tell us that she wouldn't be there the lady at the desk seem to be put off by my wife and I being there let us know that Mary was not there can I see would not be back until Monday also informed us at 12 people have applied to rent the house we are looking at and 12 people were denied we were told we would hear back by that Wednesday if we were approved or not we had to call Mary on Thursday just for her to tell us that she was busy and hadn't had time to look at her application yet Friday she emailed us 8 minutes before they closed to let us know that we were approved didn't even have the decency to call us my impression is this company likes to take your money and take their time getting back to you hoping that you find another rental good scam was not impressed at all with the way there was business was handled the result is we won't be moving to Kingman because of our bad experience with Mary and Poppy Valley realty

I paid for the account to do applications and she said shed call me back for a virtual tour after checking her schedule... 3 business days ago. Extremely unhelpful to anyone not already in Arizona. Would not recommend.
