Wonderful experience. James, the man who helped get my mom set up at home was such a helpful and sweet man. He explained everything very well.

My son was on oxygen a year ago through these guys too. And I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I would recommend these guys over anyone in the valley.

This is the better option for San Luis Valley.

Worst place I've ever had to deal with. The woman that works in the front office is extremely rude and bossy. I had a sleep test done in September. My doctor reviewed it in October and was sent to Rotech in Alamosa. I called and called in November to try and get new equipment. Kept getting blown off because of the recall on equipment. So here we are the end of March and I never heard one word. Customer service stinks and they obviously don't care. A person could die from sleep apnea before they get around to actually doing their job. I would recommend going somewhere else if possible.
