Didn’t come here for fishing gear but for Yeti… And the price the shipping the service I received is amazing. I did lots of research before making almost 200$ order and when research and my feel came in right I made order!! If I ever get into fishing I’m going with this company, until then I recommend it to everyone and I’ll keep getting other stuff from you guys. Thank you and Aloha from Hawaii

First fly fishing trip with my son and grandson and it was great. Took 2 half day float trips first with Jim and second with Danny they were great guides. They took the time to help and put us on some fish.

MRFC is the goat. Danny and his team are always the most helpful. I have never stepped foot in their shop, but they are always quick to answer questions and help me out. In fact, they are more helpful than my local fly shop. I cannot recommend Madison River Fly Co enough. They are about getting you on the water with the correct gear and I appreciate that philosophy.

Simply the best outfitter and fly shop you'll find. We did two seperate full day trips with Danny (one on the Madison and one on the Big Hole/Jefferson) and found big success on both days. Danny is thorough and well prepared in his knowledge of the water and gear, while also honest about the fishing.

Same goes for the other staff in the shop. Very willing to share information to help you find the fish on your own and the flies that are working at the current conditions.

I want to thank Madison River Fishing Company for their contribution to us having a great fishing trip to Montana this past week. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their inventory of fishing supplies was exceptional, and last but not least, our float trip on the Madison with Nicko was superb. We had a full day float down the Madison . My 10 year old, myself and our Guide Patrick. Awesome guy full of knowledge, very patient with 2 North Dakota Walleye Fisherman. I also was in the store a couple of times during our 7 day stay in Ennis. A young man named Finn was excellent in helping setup.my son with his first fly rod and flies and tying, etc. I would highly recommend these guys! We had the time of our lives!!!!

Really awesome fly shop (that I have never visited in person). I simply learned of MRFC when searching for 100 packs of hook that I tie on frequently. After the first online order, and free shipping, I turned around and made multiple more orders for tying materials and also picked up some discounted reels as well. Even with the free shipping, the speed at which the orders are processed and delivered is impressive. This is now one of only two fly shops that I will order materials and gear through on the internet.

Jason teamed with Jim and Daniel on alternate days for phenomenal Madison River drift boat fishing. World class!

It was the first time my girlfriend and I ever went fly fishing and it was a blast! Danny was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable, prepared, and quickly got us trained in and catching fish. We went out on the Madison River and it was a windy day but we had a very successful and fun trip. Definitely plan to come back and do it again!

I am fresh home from four days of fishing with the guys from MRFC and I am ready to go back. Superb rowing, excellent fishing knowledge and just plain good dudes is who an what you get from Joe's team. Additionally, the support team back at the shop makes booking trips painless. I long to fish different waters but these guys make it too enjoyable and easy to keep coming back! It simply does not get better.

Great Trip!! Danny finds the fish, even with a couple of fly fishing novices. Very professional and friendly outfit - EVERYTHING was taken care of for us. All we had to do was show up and bring our sunscreen and bug repellent. I would definitely be a repeat customer the next time I am out this direction!!

Can't say enough about the crew at this fly shop. Extremely helpful, willing to provide info to somebody new to the area, and helped put this good ol' boy from NC on some nice fish in their backyard. Between the float trip I took with Jason and time spent fishing public water they gave me the tools to be successful. Came home with plenty of flies that will work in my backyard as well!

Went with guide Mikey P. We caught 11 fish on the half day trip! Great time, good guide. One of us had not fished on a drift boat and Mike took extra time to help him. Thank you Mikey P! I let the boys be in the picture with MY fish!

Just spent the day with Dan as our guide. While weather made for challenging conditions, Dan worked us through flies and different techniques until we found what was working best. Over the day we caught a decent number of fish, and the 20" brown that my daughter brought in near the end really made for a great finish.

I bought some flies online recently and had a great experience with MRFC! The team went out of their way to get my order out to me quickly so I could take the flies on a trip and they were super prompt with communication. I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thank you for taking care of me!

Jake was a phenomenal guide--experienced fisherman, patient teacher (we are both novices), great company. We even caught a bunch of fish! One of the of the most memorable days of our vacation.

MRFC is a top notch fly fishing outfitter. We have fished with them for the last several years and they are extremely attentive to making sure their clients have an incredible day on the river. Never a dull moment on the river with MRFC guides. Highly recommend this outfitter!
