Great customer service with Denis. Never rushed us and we even left one day because we were not ready and came back a week later. We bought sofa, end tables, entertainment center, desk and dining table.

My husband and I had been looking everywhere for furniture and hadn’t found exactly what we we liked or agreed on until I went to Furniture Row’s website.
I was quickly helped via chat by a knowledgeable salesperson named Dylan. After getting details like color, dimensions, and features decided on, I received a phone call to finish my transaction.
I purchased a couch, recliner, and dining set from the Central Point location over the phone. All around superb customer service.
The entire interaction took under a hour from start to finish. It was stress free and enjoyable. I’ll be visiting the store after we move to the area to get anything else I may end up needing for our new home.

Ronnie was amazing!!! He greeted us as we came into the store. Offered us something to drink and asked a simple question of what we were looking for explained where one section is and let us wander the store. Making sure to check in but not hover. He was perfect!!! He made the whole process easy and painless. Of course we bought a few items and we will be back for more.

So far the customer service has been above and beyond expectation. I made an order and sent a text on Memorial Day, thinking I would get a response on the next business day. The rep, Ronnie, not only texted me back that day but followed up with me the following business day. Hopefully, delivery and set up will go just as smoothly.

Dennis made my first visit a positive experience: he dropped what he was doing to personally show me around. They have a variety of styles on hand & are able to customize fabric & color on several items (with a longer wait time, of course). The showroom is set up I n vignettes so you can see what items look like together. 🙂

I was greeted immediately. I had pretty clear parameters of what I wanted in a recliner. Ronnie was amazing. He listened and showed me several options. He made it easy to pick a couple recliners and was clear about delivery and other options. I will definitely go back to Furniture Row whenever I need any kind of furniture.

Went in to the store not really knowing what I wanted. I ended up finding everything I was looking for. They had a great selection of items to choose from. I was greeted by Ron when I walked through the door, he gave me his undivided attention the entire time, offered us a water while we were shopping, and made great selections to help us through the process. It was an excellent experience, I’m sure I will be back.

Denis greeted us and inquired of our visit. He was available and knowledgeable but not over-bearing. We found a leather sectional that exceeded our expectations and a deal on top of that! The rest of the team was also great to work with and friendly when we came back in to purchase a week later. Denis stayed in communication upon my initial phone call. Great customer service from the whole store!

Ordered completely online and through text message. Was so fast and easy. Avoided a drive to Medford in our rainy weather. All the information I needed was provided. Loved the process. I would order again should I need something else. Great selection of items online too.

Went in looking for a new recliner. There was well over 50 to try out, found one that works great for us. Both Ronnie and Bobby were super nice and courteous to work with!

EXCELLENT customer service- so helpful, from being welcomed as we walked in the doors, our questions answered, ordering and picking up and the help in the warehouse. To include ordering something special that we were looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else. Ronnie went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Ronnie and the whole gang!! Very grateful!! Very friendly, and no pressure from the sales team. The color of the couch we ordered did not match the couch at the store we looked at. The salesman agreed and offered multiple remedies to the issue. We decided to keep the couch and we received a partial refund.

Excellent service. Our couch took 3 weeks to arrive but we ordered it on 12/16 so the holidays might have caused delays. We absolutely love our couch and will go back to buy more furniture in the future
