I totally love Andy! Dr Cooper is the ONLY Dr that ACTUALLY listened to me and truly wanted to help me. I have an auto immune disease that causes extreme pain and with having arthritis at a young age, he truly treats me as a person and not just a paycheck. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Andy for being such a great listener and helping me!

Today I had diagnostic spine shots. Dr. Cooper was empathetic to my pain so performed the procedure with safe speed and accuracy. He was kind, explained every step and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr Cooper for any of your back pain needs.

Great Doctor!

Was referred to Dr. Cooper by a friend because my little boy has had continued symptoms from a concussion. When I called in the young girl who took my call was nice but very unhelpful. She tried to put my son in a appointment 2.5 weeks out which obviously that time frame will not work under the situation. Than offered nothing until I spoke up and asked about a waiting list. Just know if you have a pressing medical issue it may be difficult to get in in a timely manner. I realized today will have to go elsewhere to get appointment with a clinic that is knowledgeable enough to fit in these type of situations.

My wife Had been set up with a referral due to a complication from a previous surgery. There was a mixup on the side that sent the referral. Needless to say when my wife called to get the address the receptionist was extremely rude saying she didn't have an appt., she didn't ever talk to her and that Dr. Cooper or anyone besides the terrible surgeon that did the procedure would see her. 1 star horrible and uncalled for. Come to find out there was a mess up in caller id. Quite a bit more interpersonal phone skills required. Would not recommend based off 1st and only impressions.
