The Palm

I was amazed at how quiet it was, even though it’s on a main thoroughfare. Perhaps the older building means better construction. It was spotless and the bed was more comfortable than normal too hard hotel beds. VERY comfortable! Soft but supportive beds. The service was excellent and they took care of a special request for me and were so friendly. I recommend to everyone…

Our family had an awesome stay at room 15. The room was spacious with a lot of room to move around for our three year old toddler who uses a wheelchair. The bed was huge and comfortable and there were so many pillow options to accommodate our preferences. Our room was cozy and was filled with carefully thought of details which made us feel fully relaxed and recharged. We hope to come back soon.

I received the warmest welcome when I came to check in at the front desk and Britney chatted with and complimented me about the cat Christmas shirt I had on. I had recently been adopted by a cat so I've just come to know how cat owners have such touching stories on how they got their cats! The Palm is a nice and cozy boutique hotel convenient to many of the interesting places to see and visit in Ashland but what sets it apart from any other lodging place is the friendly staff that embody the "Peace and Love Matter" motto of this establishment!

Loved staying at The Palm in room #9! The unit is spacious but feels cozy. We really appreciated all of the amenities: pet bed and dishes, fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee pot, breakfast nook, chocolates, tea, Rogue River Coffee, wifi, flat screens and so much more. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The grounds are beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Call them directly to book and get a discount.

Stayed there recently to celebrate our 21st anniversary and catch a classical guitar recital at SOU. Rooms were great! Staff excellent! Location and price perfect. Everybody friendly. My wife told cleaning crew the cleanest motel she stayed at. Couldn't have been better. Thanks

Very nice and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable for us. there is a very relaxing pool and hot tub.
5 nights in a beautiful cottage, Even though they were full, they accommodated us.

We stay here every time we return from SF to Corvallis. The beds are comfy and we always use unit #5 which has a full kitchen. The motif is circa 1950s which is my memory of early times. In addition the owners and workers all work for peace.

Super location. Exceptional service. A comfortable and cute room, retro-style details. Convenient to downtown. This is an easy ride if you bring your bike. The grounds are incredibly warm and friendly. Art abounds. The salt water pool is sublime. If you like a cabana, they have them. They look incredibly inviting. We will look no longer for a hotel in Ashland when we go. This is it.

Excellent service, very nice tidy room, comfortable bed, perfect location for my purposes. I like the coded electronic locks as opposed to cards or keys. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with our dogs while on a road trip around California and Oregon. I did not want to leave in the morning because the bed was so comfortable! Check-in was easy, good customer service and location, and the room was very clean. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this cute... motel? compound? cottages? It is such a unique and sweet property with gardens (including a couple that are tucked away), communal gathering areas for BBQs and lawn games, and an awesome saltwater pool. It was perfect for our large family reunion. Our stay in Room 3 was great -- nice and cool with the AC running during a heat wave. We had a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and coffee maker in our room, so it was easy to make sandwiches, heat up leftovers, or have morning cereal. We spent 90% of our time at the pool, which had a few cabanas to rent (bring your own fan if it's hot). We'll be back!

I’ve stayed here twice now, have been completely satisfied every time I stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I think I will be staying here every time I need to spend a night in Ashland.

This place was surprisingly nice. We just needed a dog friendly place and found this on line. It said motel and the price was low, so I was not expecting such a cute room. We were in 7, which is small, but nicely appointed and quiet. The staff on the phone and at the front desk were incredibly nice. The room had a bed, towel, bowl & treat for the dog! We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable property, small but comfortable, clean, and cutely and uniquely decorated room, very friendly staff, close to SOU and downtown, easy parking, great price. Very happy!

Wonderful trip for our 25 anniversary! Owner has paid amazing attention to detail in every aspect! This will be our "Same Time Next Year" go-to spot. This was our third time staying at the Palm in Ashland. Great little hotel off the main drag. It's a collection of little bungalows. Private and quiet. They don't all have the same amenities, so be careful when you choose your room that it has what you need. For example, some have a little kitchen and some don't.

This place was great! Probably one of the places with the most thoughtful details I've seen in a motel or hotel. Stayed in room number 7 (single queen). The renovations were great. Stone floor in the shower and new flooring throughout. I booked a dog friendly room and they had a dog bed with towel, food/water bowls with mat, treats, and bags. Mini split air/heat kept the room nice and warm. The staff were super friendly as well. Would definitely return!

Update.
My second stay was just as good. Got room number 3 (queen + king) and was great. For a small amount more, this room was way bigger than the first. Came with a cool retro microwave/fridge combo and full size coffee maker. For leaving a review for the first stay, I was given a thoughtful handwritten letter and a gift that I used for a local eatery meal! The manager walked down and complimented my pup as well.

Stopped here for one night with our puppy, what a great spot. Very dog friendly! Brittany checked us in (and even prepped our room with a clean dog bed and treats), she was friendly and helpful. The property is very inviting and safe. The room was great - clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed! I loved being able to walk down a couple steps and having a grassy pet area to take our dog too. We look forward to staying here again someday!

This place is adorable and very dog friendly, which we loved! Check in was smooth and the girl at the front was very sweet and informative. The location is about a mile from downtown, which we walked to. But if you prefer to drive, it's a two minute drive to all the shops and restaurants. Super cute spot, great gardens and all the basic amenities you could need. We'd definitely stay again.

This was my 4th or 5th stay at The Palm. Hands down this is one of my MOST FAVORITE spots (period). It's the energy, ease and peaceful surroundings, extremely kind and helpful staff, and the cozy accommodations. In the summer, book a cabana, bring your swimsuit, a book, and just chill. I "heart" you Palm, I "heart" you A LOT!
