Sam's Club

Love the atmosphere, friendly and costumers come first money is not the driving force when it comes to getting good service. Have not had any problems with my experience. Spent about as much time their as I had when I was a new Cosco Member, I have talked to an employee that has been working at this company for many years and he said that “ the costumer comes first, the costumer is right” this made me appreciate his dedication to see to having loyalty of costumers first before profit! Thanks Sam’s Club for a great experience , keep up the excellent work!!! Scan and go or for plus members only, and they want people to become plus members so that’s why they mark the prices down for some products because they’re plus member friendly, this is called marketing, and they are allowed to do this. So please change your reviews if you are hurt about not being a plus member. If you want to feel more special, you can pay more to feel more special at Sam’s Club, they do a great job, servicing, everyone, but plus members have a few more perks than the other regular memberships, you pay for what you get. Please do not rate Sam’s Club on just observation only get informed and then you can make an informative review. Again, Sam’s Club is doing their best to make sure that they are good customer care, representatives. Sam’s Club has done nothing illegal by dropping prices for plus members. You see this marketing strategy and many other places! Thank you Sam’s Club, valuing your members!

They have A LOT of supplies that they will trade you for money. Lots things you want and lots of things you don’t want. The only bad part is you don’t get a discount for doing the work of a cashier so they don’t have to.

I had an amazing experience with Val she was so happy and more then willing to help I was having trouble with my Sams club app and she kindly walked me through the steps and then my issue was resolved!!!!!!

I enjoy Sam's club and shop there often. They have good products and fair prices. The staff is very friendly and my kids love getting the food samples. The food court is good and inexpensive for lunch or dinner. The rotisserie chicken is delicious and the price cannot be beat!

I frequent this business all the time with my autistic kids in tow and never has a staff member ever once gave them a second look. My son can tell sometimes and all the staff are very helpful and treat my kiddo with the utmost respect and are always so friendly. Even when they get busy and line starts to form , management goes up and helps door person or helps return desk or helps with the line. You always see them on the floor and staff always assist if you need help getting anything. Have pretty much become a sams fanatic because of the staff at this location and am so thankful for all the employees and how much they care. Thank you guys!

They are always so kind and always have great samples!! I love Sam's Club! They always what I'm looking for. I will definitely be back to do some more grocery shopping!

FOR THE TRUCKERS! Use the door around the back for check in entrance. It’s not in the corner of the docks. Receiving hours are from 4am to 11pm
The staff is very nice here and will get you unloaded quick and early for appointments.

We went to Sam’s club for my engagement ring and could not have been more happy with our experience. They give you quality jewelry for a fair price. We got this lovely square shaped Sapphire in a halo with white gold metal. It has held up great and the offer great warranties. The salesmen was friendly and helpful. Our ring shopping experience was a BREEZE!

Always a pleasant experience to shop here. They are well stocked up with the things I need and often have a variety of new items. It's always clean and the employees are helpful. I love the cafe and the staff there is always so courteous and accommodating. Great job Sam's club! Update: hands down better than Costco. The Scan and Go app is such a time saver!

I can always find "I need that" at Sam's Club. Membership shopping. Renewal is a but pricey, but the benefits make it seem reasonable. Love this store. The help is always friendly!!

Apparently, we walked in right before they were closing and the employees told us to continue shopping until we were done. They said they don't kick customers out just because they closed. That's AWESOME customer service!!!

Great prices on bulk buys!!! They have great prices throughout the store on bulk items as well as meats, frozen food and clothing. The layout makes finding commonly purchased items easy. Though some items are hard to find. Store associates aren't readily available for finding products however they are friendly and helpful when available. Checking out is quick and easy.
