Sleep Inn

We had a lovely one night stay. The young man who checked us in was kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We loved the shower, which was surprisingly large! The only not perfect thing was the bed got lumpy overnight from a mattress pad that shifted - a very small thing. Our room was at the end by the door to the outside pool and it was quiet. We would certainly stay here again.

This was a spur of the moment check-in on the way somewhere else. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate simple fare. No complaints. Slept fine.

Check-in was easy. I got a king room and it was huge! The bed was sooo comfortable. I loved the roomy stand-up shower for two! The water pressure was great! The room was clean! I will stay again, hopefully in the same room. The breakfast options were great although the eggs were pretty watery.

No. The fan in our room was making a loud banging sound and when we asked to be switched to a different room, we were told it wasn’t “a big enough problem” for our room to switched. After checking online, there are plenty of rooms we could have been switched to. We were basically brushed off. They need some lessons in customer service.
Edit: We spoke with Renee, the front desk supervisor, this morning and she was fantastic! Got us moved to another room right away. She was very nice and apologized for the person we dealt with last night. Thank you Renee!

We stopped here on our way home to Canada and were pleasantly surprised to get such a good motel at such a good price. The receptionist who booked us in was the same lady who checked us out. Her name was Christie and I hope the owners/manager know they have a great employee! Thanks again Christie for a great stay

I was fortunate to be put in a handicapped equipped room on the first floor. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. (When I stayed here before, I got an upstairs room that was more compact and had a shower with no tub.) The bed and pillows are VERY comfortable and the comforter/blanket has just a bit of weight to it that envelopes you so much you just don't want to get out of bed. The continental breakfast has hot eggs, hash browns, and sausage patties along with the ability to make Belgian Waffles. They also have cereal, oatmeal packs, fresh fruit, yogurt, honey buns, and packaged donuts. Hot coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, and tea packages for drinks. The staff was friendly.

Great staff. Front desk staff in particular always provides excellent service, always attentive to my needs. I've never been disappointed with the complete full services I've desired.

I have to come to Lexington a lot do to some medical issues. It’s about a two hour drive from where I live. So I reserve a hotel ( with CHOICE) I love how I receive points to be able to stay for free. I usually choose Quality Inn. (Also with CHOICE). Well I did my research of this hotel Sleep Inn and I thought I would give it a try. They have smoking rooms for my mom who comes with me every time. I want to say I definitely like this place. The rooms are nice, the air conditioner was AMAZING. The front desk guy his name is Roy, he was so nice and went above and beyond what any other front desk person I have came across. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. See you guys again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It's very difficult when travelling with dogs to find a pet friendly hotel that isn't substandard. I can only speak for the room that I stayed in. It was tastefully decorated, spotless and smelled wonderful. I really appreciated the 24 hour coffee after my long drive from Ontario. I'm so glad to have found this location and will definitely be back on my annual trip to Florida.

Upon arriving, there was an essentially full hotel as Keeneland is having their fall meet. We we're still checked in promptly and courteously. The location is great, right in Hamburg next to everything...tons of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a little small, but the beds are really comfy. A note is that our room had a shower only, no bath. We all take showers so it wasn't an issue. We extended our stay for a night, and while we had an initial issue the front desk was able to help us. The food is good for breakfast, and they have really great coffee. Only thing that would be nice is to have more than one high chair. The breakfast attendant is always super nice despite the mess our babies make.

Overall GREAT stay. Would definitely rate a 10 if possible. My family stayed her for 7 days for our Pentecost celebration and each day felt as if we were at a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and always had our best interest in mind, even when it came to the breakfast! Special thanks to Clyde, who was an excellent help even before we arrived. Hotel was very clean and the surrounding area was great, didn't have to go very far for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Access room provided as requested was clean and comfy. Hotel staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. One staff member in particular, named Lyric went way above and beyond for us. Special thank you to all the staff. Full hot breakfast was very good. Outdoor pool was very clean and enjoyable. Very pleased with our 3 day stay. Will definitely return for any future stays in Lexington. Definitely will recommend.

We could not be more pleased with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was really, really nice. We stayed on Memorial Weekend, 2012. The Manager Melody went above and beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable. We had planned to take another route home, but changed our plans and returned to Lexington to stay in this hotel again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, affordable, great location. They had it all. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied! The rooms were clean, modern and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I don't know what kind of pillows those were but they were like sleeping on clouds!

As someone with Celiac, I found plenty of gluten free options in their breakfast bar.

The staff was friendly and kept the breakfast bar well stocked.

My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin. I heard my neighbors playing music and getting ready in the morning.

My stay was excellent. 3 nights, quiet environment. Christy M. at the front desk was an excellent point of information with directions & other info. Very helpful with a smile. It's not easy dealing with the public.

Had a wonderful time staying here. The hallways were clean and smelled awesome. The front desk employees were so kind and attentive. The rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. The price was great too.

#doingwhatido Was a great stay... house keeping is serious about getting to clean their rooms. No complaints. Smoking rooms so if you're not a smoker you're don't gonna love it. Don't go if you're sensitive to smoke smell. I however was really impressed and excited to find a smoking room in a decent hotel. 🤗

Me and my 2 daughters luv the sleep inn the rooms are clean and up to date the employees are very polite and always ready to help u it's a clean safe environment it's in great location plenty of choices on where to eat as well as shopping I will highly recommend them thank u sleep inn
