GLō Best Western Lexington

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars! The shower is spacious and water warm. The beds are soft and the pillows like marshmallow soft. The breakfast is amazing!
The front desk person is always nice, kind, and helpful! I recommend this place! It's possibly the best "Best Western" I've ever stayed @!

This is a great find! Beautiful hotel, rooms, pool, fitness and breakfast. We arrived very late at night and Amara went out of her way to take care of us. She was friendly, informative and made sure we were comfortable. She also offered us a perfect close place to park.
We will definitely stop here again!

Very clean and well managed hotel. Service was excellent and I would definitely book another stay there. Rates are also very affordable and quality is much higher than other hotels in the area especially at that price!

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Glo. Courtney and Tara that work the front desk are the absolute sweetest and very accommodating. They have helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Easy location on and off the freeway. Super friendly staff. Room was a little small but that wasn't a bad thing at all. Bathroom was modern. Gym was clean with plenty of options. Breakfast was better than your typical hotel breakfast.

We chose this place because it is pet friendly, and we were traveling with our large dog. We were pleasantly surprised with just how nice the place is. Back entrance to the parking lot makes it easy to take your pet for a walk. It is in very nice area and a short walk to Cracker Barrel, although the free breakfast at the hotel was really well done. The room was huge and very nice. A super good value and the place looks brand new. Better than the average Hampton.

The room sizes are generous. In addition to the beds there is a desk with a proper desk chair and additional bench seating. The room had a Keurig, a tiny microwave, and a mini fridge, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. The rooms are in good repair including the plumbing.

Traveling from Florida to Ohio, we stopped at this hotel to get some rest and wow! Beds comfy, shower was nice, our stay was affordable, & staff was sooo nice! We came in at 10p the staff was accommodating. 10 out of 10 def recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised how nice Glo Best Western is. Everything was very clean and loved the decor. Customer service was great and very nice and helpful. And they have a great breakfast layout. We will definitely stay next time we are in Lexington.

Very nice hotel at an affordable price. I love that the halls and floors are not carpeted. It is so much cleaner!! Indoor pool was small but well maintained. There is a handicap accessible lift as well. Room was well appointed and my husband loved the firm and oversized pillows. Bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. The door didn't have a lock which isn't my favorite, and it will definitely smash your finger if you're not careful. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and an in-room safe. There was also a desk with ergonomic chair and a window seat. Also a vinyl chair beside the bed. K-cup coffee pot on desk with both regular and decaf options. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, and a cool yogurt dispenser. They also had multiple toppings for waffles/yogurt/oatmeal. There was also an almond milk option that I had not seen at a standard breakfast before. The staff did a wonderful job keeping the breakfast items full and making sure the plates, napkins, etc. were stocked. Hotel is right off the interstate but traffic noise was not an issue. Located next to a Cracker Barrel and McDonald's. There is also a convenience store close by. We will definitely stay here again if in the Lexington area.

We loved our stay here! The beds were amazing and I just wanted to stay an extra night for the bed. Even the pillows were great.
Our room was very clean, our bathroom was amazing and we didn’t have any issues other than we couldn’t get our room below 71. Not a big deal, we survived just fine.
The breakfast bar was fantastic!
Fresh fruits, hot oatmeal already prepared with a variety of toppings, sausage, eggs, waffles and a nice selection of different bagels and breads. They also offered grab and go options.
We have put Glo on the list to stay at the next time we are in town in a few months.

The lady up front, Sharnell Waide, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us!! This hotel went beyond my expectations! The rooms are huge and so spacious! Would definitely recommend and we will for sure be coming back here!!

Stayed here four nights while exploring the bourbon trail. Very conveniently located from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Short commute to Louisville and Bardstown. Remodeled older hotel. Everything from their continental breakfast, comfortable bed and friendly staff made this a good fit for our trip.

Everything was super clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a hiccup when checking in and the person at the desk was so patient and understanding while I figured it out. Checkout was easy and Tara at the front was lovely :)

Loved the room... great shower! Only wish there were pillow choices. It's hard to please everyone. The bed was very comfortable.

The price was right! I almost didn’t stay because I was afraid the low price meant low quality.
Everything was comfortable and clean! The breakfast had fresh fruit available.
I honestly can’t complain about any part of the stay.

3rd time staying here in the last few years and it is always clean, easy check in/out and friendly workers. One of the best and cleanest hotels in Lexington.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time. Very nice rooms and service!!!

I'm so glad I changed hotels at the last minute to here! For an extra $20 a night we got so much more. Desk staff was super friendly. Everything was clean! The beds were very comfortable. Pillows galore, each queen bed had 6 pillows! I actually liked the wood flooring compared to typical carpeting. Breakfast was great every morning and changed daily. The indoor pool although heated still felt cold. We could hear the people walking in the room above us, downside of not using carpeting I guess. Elevators were quick and big. Pets allowed and everyone seemed to have a dog, yet everything was still so clean. Barn door on the bathroom didn't lock, which was different, but had no real effect on us. The room was very spacious with a fridge and microwave, but lacked drawer space. It was only minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park, and easy to still get around Lexington. Thanks for the great stay!
