Matt Kinghorn is amazing. I have been looking for someone that is interested and thorough and knowledgeable and he is. I am so glad I came here, I have been impressed with all of the Bingham Healthcare doctors that I have seen.

Had a procedure done by Dr. Sneddon back in November wanted to wait a few months to see how it felt. Still feel pretty good would definitely recommend especially for back and leg pain.

I had a horrible experience with this clinic. Specifically the gastroenterology department. I moved from another state and I get an infusion every four weeks. I made sure that I gave them plenty of time to get my new meds set up so I could get them when they were due. I even made a trip to Utah in December so I didn’t miss them. I was told by the nurse that my new order had been signed and sent to the appropriate infusion center. After more phone calls I was told that the order was sent wrong and the doctor needed to resign it. And then after more calls I was told “the doctor is out on vacation and we can’t do anything until he gets back” they wouldn’t even ask another provider or PA to help with signing a simple med order. Because apparently if the doctor is out of the office you absolutely can’t even send him an email. I get doctors are busy and have lives outside of the office. But if you’re going to take 3 weeks off, maybe have something in place in cases like this… isn’t that why they have PA’s?? I called back a few days later and the nurse assured me she had him sign the new corrected paperwork and it had been sent over. I once again called back to only find out that she lied to my face about it being done and she actually just sent over a blank order without even seeing if he signed it. After expressing my frustrations the only thing the nurse did was invite me to go to another doctor. I called every day from the day after Christmas and all they told me was “we have to wait for the doctor to get back”my meds were due the first week of January and they sent my unsigned order to an Infusion center that doesn’t even do meds the first two weeks of the year! When I told her we should probably send it somewhere else her response was “it will take just as long if we do that now.” She obviously just didn’t want to do her job. I was supposed to get my infusion three weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten it! I also haven’t heard one word from
The clinic. I also asked them to have the doctor call me and I haven’t heard anything. I even went as far as contacting hospital and clinical administration. I was assured after a full day of investigation by administration that the clinic mishandled me and my case and that they were “handling everything on their end”. After a couple of days, I made attempts to contact the parties I was instructed to and I was told that they were busy and that they would call me back. It has been days. No calls, no contact of any kind from administration, no contact from the doctor, and an incredibly frustrated patient who is hoping to save someone a major hassle and headache. My medication is a biologic. The longer I wait, the more likely I am to go back into a flare and to see my medication lose effectiveness. They don’t seem to care. I’m sorry if I, a patient who is seeking honest treatment, am too much of a burden to even receive a phone call from a doctor that I had high hopes for after moving from another area. Unless you want to babysit the nurses and never hear from your doctor unless a bill is attached, DO NOT GO HERE!!

My husband has stage 3 COPD he struggles with breathing as it is, I understand that it is a scary time with Covid-19 but every Dr he sees understands that a mask makes it harder to breath. Every receptionist he encounters realizes this but the receptionist at Bingham Comprehensive Care was a rude and could careless, I stated that it caused him more issues and the who cares attitude. I honestly would reccomend anywhere else to be seen.

They took literally forever to take blood from my friends mom. They were upset because it was right before there lunch so they prolonged the visit. Even though we were on a time schedule.
