The Pic•a•Nic Basket

This is the Lady Ennis. Sliced Prime rib on a French Roll with a side salad. 10 out of 10. I believe it was only $8.50! There was an abundance of super tender steak, and the salad was super tasty. The girls that fixed my food were nice and friendly. I'm from Missouri and will definitely be back before I go home. They had some scones. I might grab one for breakfast in the morning!

My favorite spot for Breakfast, everything is freshly made and delicious. I am making my way through the menu, had a crazy good scramble with caramelized onions, breakfast sandwiches super solid, and was so happy with the simple pancakes and sausage. Plus the drip coffee is just right. Lunch is also really good, but I just like starting my day here and talking with James.

The food is awesome, with excellent service. I had the Lady Ennis grilled on gluten free bread. It was perfect with grilled roast beef, grilled fresh mushrooms and caramelized onion…the potato salad was perfect. The huckleberry lemonade was delicious! The owner is gluten free friendly, which is a welcome change in the restaurants. Many businesses have no gluten free options and don’t seem to care. Thank you so much for a great meal! ❤😊

A perfect lunch spot! Delicious coffee with non-dairy options, and the BooBoo Bread was soooo good with two eggs over medium added on top. The Cindy Bear was good too, and the staff were friendly and prompt. There's some seating out front but plenty of grassy areas and tables around to take your food to go. Recommended if you're in the area and looking for a quick lunch!

Ok, if you are headed out to fish the river, you GOTTA stop here for a breakfast burrito! Why not catch your first 3 pounder of the day! Breakfast is fast AND fantastic. The family owners are wonder people. Most seating is outside, but they will bring it out to you. Delicious steamed eggs too if you're looking for a protein packed breakfast.

I stopped here on my way home from a rainy weekend backpacking in the woods. I got a grilled cheese and potato salad and fresh cookies... holy cow, that hit the spot! I feel revived! Thank you for having good quality food:)

Love the new menu! My new favorite breakfast - Basket Bun - cheddar, bacon, and super tasty pastry! Great coffee, sandwiches, and pastry. A great place to meet and eat!

It is now owned by 2 professional chefs so it is as great as expected. Zara and James have continued to make Pic-a-Nic Basket the great attraction that it always was.

i got a hot caramel latte and it was fantastic! it was a cold morning so it was very good. the proportions of the flavors were great.

Ordered a bear club sandwich. It was very tasty and full of meats and veggies on toasted sourdough bread.

Great breakfast, burrito. Highly recommend the 287 burrito!

Great little diner tucked just off the main drag. Mostly locals. Coffee bar is better than "Brand S" and their Breakfast Sandwich is served on the lightest biscuit this side of Moose Creek, Alaska! It was a hard choice over the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, that looked delish. Super Friendly greeting from the staff & wonderful service

This spot is a little hidden gem. The food was fantastic and the couple that runs it was very engaging. We will definitely be back.

We went here for breakfast and it was amazing!!!! The lady at the front was super sweet and their cinnamon roll french toast was to die for. We live about an hour away and make trips to ennis now and then and have already planned our next trip out to try their sandwiches for lunch. Yum!

Awesome food and a friendly and fast service. I got half of greek omelet ( awesome) and a personal strawberry pie. Both were delicious.

So glad it's open back up for the season. Always stop on our way to Bozeman. The best sandwiches and treats. The best bread! Our most favorite grilled cheese😊
