H20 Maestro Plumbing

Fayette Heating and Air/H2O Maestro came out to repair an outdoor faucet that had frozen and cracked. This also involved cutting an interior wall to gain access. Ted, our technician, was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient and performed stellar work. The repair was done quickly, triple checked, and the work area cleaned thoroughly when done. Pricing was in line with current plumbing costs, and the estimate was to the penny. Very highly recommended! 10/10

Marcus and Adam were very kind and professional and provided a quote for service from the start so there were no surprises. They did a great job installing my new kitchen sink and faucet and were able to complete the job quickly. They were also careful not to damage my kitchen counter tops as they worked. I would highly recommend both Marcus and Adam and H2O Maestro to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust.

First big home improvement on my end. I was very pleased with the workers. They explained the little extra work that the thought they may have to do. Very, very minor. Jared was very honest and straight forward with us concerning our problem with our water heater. He explained the issues and what our cost would be and didn't try to push us to purchase anything not needed. He was very professional in his work and very interested in our questions. I am impressed with the job he performed and will recommend him and this company in the future.

Johnny and Josh did our duct cleaning, and Alex did our plumbing inspection. All three arrived on time, worked quickly while being very careful to check everything. Each was competent, friendly and concerned about any of the questions we had. Competence in
one ‘s field is becoming a rarity, and the duct cleaning and the plumbing technicians were outstanding.

Update: Our tub surround is finished and we are delighted with the results! Brannon and his helper were fabulous. We were notified when they were on their way to our home. Very polite, worked hard and accomplished every detail. The surround was carefully matched to the existing tile lines of the rest of the bathroom. Great job gentlemen!

Kennedy Pearl did an amazing job fixing my shower draining problem! He also did a great job fixing the draining in my sinks. I was very happy with the work that he did! Also, I appreciated being able to get an appointment quickly.

Brian and Andre were amazing. They had a much bigger job fixing and replacing our plumbing issues than they could have imagined. They started work early in the morning and worked until the evening to get everything repaired.

These guys were friendly and explained everything that they were doing as they progressed through our project. They really worked hard and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were finished.

I was nervous and reluctant about getting into such a big project, but now that it's been completed, I can say that I'm glad that we did it and I'm 100% satisfied with their work. I will recommend them to anyone that I know who needs plumbing work.

Perfectly executed installation of EV charger + 220v connection to detached garage and at a reasonable price. Trevor was friendly and knowledgeable and he and his crew got the job done nearly a day early. Highly recommend!

Hooked up a condensate pump I had bought for me, re plumbed things, even ran my dehumidifier into it. Then installed a uv air purifier and a filter that lasts longer to help with my allergies.

Will be back to clean ducts another company did not clean!

Jared Stewart helped us initially at the beginning of our kitchen refresh work. It was nice to be able to request that he return to finish the job that he started. He knew exactly what we needed to finish the job. It was better than having to explain the job to a second technician. Jared left his work area spotless at the completion. His job was performed perfectly.

The ease of online scheduling made life very easy. I liked also that they are able to text confirmations and notify you of earlier appointment times!

The gentleman (Adam Shalash) who came to inspect the plumbing issue I had was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained things well and was able to repair the issue the same day. (And he was very patient with one of my very inquisitive cats!) Thank you!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Fayette heating and air. I have had them out multiple times for various repairs including replacing a water heater. They are on time and get in and out quickly and are always professional. I love how they keep me up to date on when the service person is heading my way and they even include a little bio on the person who is heading to your house. I recommend them.
