I have been a dental patient to Dr. Esther Machen for over 4 years now. Every time I go to her office I am greeted by name in a warm and professional manner by the reception staff. The dental hygienists are meticulous in their work and so pleasant to work with. As for Dr. Machen, she truly elevates the experience to a new high level by her thorough exam, expert advice, and addressing concerns. Today was no different. Thanks to Dr. Machen and Sydney who made my smile look brighter! Such a pleasure to be your client! Thank you!!!

Machen dental was amazing from start to finish. They got my child in for a last second appointment, the front desk had a friendly and welcoming smile, the “bedside manner” was amazing, the doctors asked what options I wanted to take, a billing estimate was provided before actions were taken, and I can’t imagine a friendly crew to work with my children. I was extremely pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a great family dental practice.

I love this Dentist office! Everyone is kind and professional. I have seen Dr Speirs and Dr Machen and both were great. They give you your treatment plan and work with you on how to accomplish it in a timely manner with your insurance and finances. We finally found our Dentist here in Idaho Falls. My husband and I are so happy with the care we received here ❤.

The staff are really friendly, and they always do a great job. I've been seeing Dr. King for several years and he's extremely kind and professional. We started bringing our kids here as well and they found problems pediatric dentists had missed.

This is a very professional office but also warm and friendly. My family has been treated here for over 5 years now and they always do an excellent job. When treatment is needed, they present the plan and thoroughly explain why it is needed and how much it will cost. Machen Family Dentistry is an AMAZING place to get your dental work done. They do fantastic work on your teeth. I have had crap work done at 6 different dentist offices before I found Machen, they repair teeth better than any I have been to. The staff is great to work with and be around. Allot of dental places would not have worked on me since I was in a 12 week coma from a severe TBI. 3 different visits they had to call an Ambulance for me, because I started having bad seizures and even going unconscious. They had to pull a bunch of my top teeth that had been busted up through the roots from seizures, I was in neuroshock, they called my neurologist and had a line open to her while they worked on me. Everyone was ready to jump and hustle to make sure I made it through everything as best as possible. I Love Machen Family Dentisty.
