Yesterday I witnessed one of the BEST examples of good customer service- no, make that great customer service- at the Central Point Albertsons!!!
There was one electric cart available and it wasn’t working properly. A young employee apologized to the woman who was wanting to use it. He advised that he didn’t know how long it would be before another one became available and he offered to take her list and do her shopping for her!!! For whatever reason she opted not to do that, but he took her to a spot where she could sit, presumably to wait for the next cart. He gave me hope that customer service, true customer service, is alive and well. Kudos to him and to Albertsons for their hiring practices and their training.

I want to make it clear that all 5 of these stars are because of Summer. I had to return an item that was bad from the deli (and while another employee rudely shrugged me off and flat out refused to help me, or even call someone to help me) Summer was so incredibly kind and so willing to help, no questions asked. I kept apologizing and she assured me it was no big deal. She had to call for a manager override and the manager Cidney, was great too. They single handedly turned around an uncomfortable situation. Summer is by far one of the more efficient cashiers they have at that store. Even when she’s working the self checkout area, she’s immediately there to clear any issues before you even realize there’s an issue. Thank you Summer for all your help.

I was greeted promptly at the seafood/meat counter. This store is exceptionally cleaner than most. All shelves were stocked well, and the layout was incredibly beautiful. First time there, and definitely not my last. Other staff were friendly as well. Thanks!

Central Point Albertsons has wonderful staff from top to bottom. From the Store Director,Jeff, the Asst. Manager, Don, the meat department staff, produce and most especially their curbside pick up staff(the manager of p.u. is Joe who has been amazing), all have been most kind and thoughtful in making sure we get the groceries we need! I commend all of them (and whoever hired them too)! It is your people who make your customers loyal.

All the employees seem to be busy doing there job and nice enough to be concerned enough to offer help when needed
The prices are slightly higher than the bigger stores but all in all, it's a clean and safe environment and very welcoming

For Christmas open 9-5pm. Very busy and staff minimal, yet excellent job on management to call on staff to cover registers. Well done. Only one checker with 15+ in line and within just a few minutes 4 checkers were on board. Excellent quick coverage. All staff were polite and extended more than expected service. Well done. Excellent.

Only gave them 5 stars because Emily was a great help at the self check out.

I ran in there for a Birthday cake for a neighbor and bakery was closed. I asked, help me. They did. I got the cake, ice cream when she was terribly busy in the meat department. They made me so happy. Overly kind help. I won't forget this. Thank You so much.

Great store. Very clean and well kept. The checkers are always friendly and seem to be pretty quick with getting people rung up and out the door.

Not a whole ton to say, I mean if you've ever been to Safeway or Vons, that is the same stores as Albertsons as they are all owned by the same organization.

Anyways, its a chain grocer, not sure what else I can say other than they are my number one "major" chain grocer.

Every time I go it's always tons of fun! These guys are awesome boat pilots!! 56 people on our rise everyone loved it!!! We took the dinner trip and the food was outstanding including the beer and wine. We read Bo on the blue heron Bo has lots of facts on the area and lots of fun family stores that were great #1 thing to do with family and friends. It's so much fun almost everyone I know has done it several times.

I stopped at Albertsons in Medford to shop with my friend it was quite the experience their staff was very well informed of where everything was if I couldn't find it it didn't matter what employee I asked they knew right off hand what aisle it was in that is awesome I think that's one of the prerequisites in order to be hired here you better memorize their store because let me tell you it really makes a difference to a customer thank you again Albertsons for the great job you took for this customer.

Great store, absolutely love it here !! All but being treated poorly when using the restroom longer than 5 min, then they send in the team to investigate what you are doing in there =/ other than that awesome service!!!!

I love Albertsons! It took me a little while to figure that out but my husband has been shopping there for a long time. I usually went to FM. So when he left out of state for work I was left to own devices. Albertsons was closer to my house and it is easier to get in and out then FM. Once I figured out the app and could do the digital coupons I was hooked. On top of that they keep shelves fully stocked and they also have people to help bag your groceries unlike FM. Also! Albertsons left you choose between paper or plastic as where FM doesn’t and I have to bag my own groceries now since they make you pay for the bags here. My son worked there for a couple months his Senior year and he still gets hellos and Hi for old coworkers that remember him. Definitely the best neighborhood grocery store anywhere in Southern Oregon!

I love Albertsons, the " Just for You", app let's you clip coupons as I'm literally walking through the store. I can always get exactly what I came for, and normally find a sale or "Just for You" electronic coupon, I can clip right there.
I had a total at the register for $146, and change. But the time she took my electronic coupon, which was for $30, off if I spend $70, and another $10, off for a couple other electronic coupons I clipped,. So the cashier applied my savings, which brought my total to $106. $40, savings. The lady behind me asked, "how did you do that"?

It's a very nice store, kinda on the more expensive side but usually good produce and veggies. I would recommend if your grabbing a few grocerys!!
