I can never get constant Prescription refills. have tried to contact this place many times only to get nowhere. Being on a prescription through this place is pointless..

I waited 3 months for an appointment here, just for the doctor to go on an ego trip because my referring doctor had a different opinion than her. She wouldnt listen to anything I said, because I had 1 additional symptom that didnt fit the criteria. So she dismissed all other symptoms. She told me she was going to order the mri that my referring doctor had recommended, while i was in the office, but after I had left she called me ecstatic to tell me she wasnt actually going to order it. She was obviously being petty and getting off on her having the power to deny me the MRI, she just couldnt do it to my face. Told me I could have someone else order it and that she was "saving me money." If you cant have empathy for patients, you shouldnt be practicing period.

I have been a patient with Asante Endocrinology for years and Dr.Gallen is literally the worst, I don't recommend coming here for your Hormone Replacement needs if you can find another doctor....his ego is so obtuse you"ll be dredding your every annual with him like i do!

By far the worst experience ive ever had with an Endocrine Doctor (Gallen). I wont be coming back to Asante Endocrinology because of him.
