Gravel Bar

What an cool spot to hang out and have a great meal. We shared the Bandito burger and the Shepherds Pie and we loved them both (but especially the Shepherds Pie)! Great selection of stuff on draft, nice atmosphere, and awesome service.

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Gravel Bar. Such a great Ennis staple. Any time I'm remotely in the area, I will happily drive out of my way. Down-to-earth environment, kind, friendly people and great food! I often find myself craving their fish and chips. I highly recommend the Gravel Bar.

Traditionally, at bar and grill, I’m ordering burgers, steaks, grilled chicken, bar nachos. Ordered the Thai dish with chicken and it was amazing. My folks ate the curry dish and it too was delicious. The service was awesome.

Every year in May we have a girls weekend in Ennis. We stay at the EL Western which is our absolute favorite hotel. And our first stop is always the Gravel Bar! Great food at great prices great drinks and an amazing staff. Our favorite restaurant in Ennis!

What a great little place in Ennis Montana. The service was as good as it gets. Pretty crowded, especially for a Wednesday afternoon but our food was served very quickly. Lots of specialty beers on the menu too!!

Top notch meal tonight! Come in from a long 8 hour drive plus my morning shift setting windows and waiter says, “we have one special left.” Told me what it was and I didn’t have to think about it. You know when you know that you made a great decision for the day!? It was when I took the first bite of my mashed potatoes and then delving into the gravy smothered chicken. Oh man it was delicious. There were carrots and onions too and just cooked perfectly. Just what a guy needed on a Friday evening with three more hours behind the wheel to go. Thanks Gravel!!

Great food, solid staff, I'm on a business trip and ate here more than anywhere in Ennis, even brought my wife and kid's out here and yes I paid to have them check this area out while I worked. Definitely recommend thus place for a good dinner and drink!

As a fellow bar/grill owner I can appreciate a good lunch special. I had the meatloaf sandwich which was more than plenty in terms of meat. Served on a Ciabatta bun and was served hot and quick. Drinks were good too. Keep up the good work and great thanks to all service industry workers!!!

Great food & 12 local brew house beers/ciders. Old west bar with game & casino machines, with a dinning are in the back. We stopped for late lunch & it was AWESOME!!! Make this a must stop for food & drink while in Ennis Montana after stopping through some of the local shops & Willies Distillery.

Second time I've been here and both times the food was great. Highly recommend the Fried Green Tomato BLT!

I haven't stopped dreaming about the Parson burger or the pulled pork sandwich since we left. You guys nailed it with your food quality and recipes. The beer was cold, Sue was frickin fantastic, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, the menu was bomb! We were beyond impressed with the flavors, the options, and how insanely delicious and high quality everything was. We live in AZ, and I would fly to Montana again just to eat here. THAT GOOD.

Great food. The hamburgers were excellent as were the fries. They had foot openers on the bathroom doors and were in the process of installing a changing table. It is connected to the brewery and also had a nice outdoor seating area.

Stopped in to catch a game and have some food. Burger was great and we shared a brownie after and that was awesome too. Great spot for a meal on the road for us

Good food, better beer. Great for a quick stop - wife says food is okay. But I enjoyed it.

Good food, great atmosphere. The cilantro vinaigrette makes for a bomb salad dressing!!

My wife and I were recommended to eat here. So glad we did. Greeted as we walked in and we got our table out on the patio.loved all the options on the menu, but we both decided on the grilled burger with bacon and cheese with fries. Our food was quick and cooked to perfection. Some of the best fries we have had in awhile. The burger was delicious, the bun was not soggy. You could tell everything was fresh. We highly recommend the Gravel Bar. Will probably have dinner here again tomorrow night. I wish we would have taken pictures.

We stopped in on a road trip with a group of 9 and were seated and fed pretty quickly.

I didn’t care for the flavor of the pulled pork on the nachos, but my husband loved it so it may just be preference.

Everything else was delicious, portions were pretty big so we could have shared some plates. They had no problem taking care of our group size.

Great food and find!

Laura served up the BEST taco salad and even hand-poured my Prosecco! Will be coming back asap. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a fun place with good food, good beer, and great service. Recommended.
