A true angel on earth. I have dealt with post back surgical hip pain for over 6 years. I have been to multiple physicians of various types, chiropractors, physical therapists, neurosurgeons, acupuncture, massage, etc The list goes on. No one has been able to tell me what was wrong, even after multiple images (xrays, CT scans, MRIs.) After the last neurosurgeon told me that surgery was an option, but he wasn't sure it was necessary yet. I received a word of mouth referral to Mary Gorman. Mary looked me straight in the eye the first time I met with her and said I think I know what's wrong with you and I believe I can help you. The thought brought me to tears, because I believed her. After just a few sessions I was virtually free from pain. She is truly a master of her craft and cares very much about helping people versus collecting copayments. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those who have been unable to find answers elsewhere.

With her unique integrated physical therapy approach, I now have greater range of motion, increased strength, and less pain. It is hard to find someone who really understands you and understands the body, like Mary does. I love the compassion and the view point Mary has on the body and even after one visit, I am feeling much better. My neck ROM has improved and I have less neck pain upon waking. I went to Mary for PT for my hip, back and basically my right side problems. When the Covid hit I was not sure what to do. Mary created these online classes and I have been attending them. It has really helped me to stay on track and feel good through all of this stuff. I am excited to get back into the studio and start taking pilates from her.
