Giant Carpet One Floor & Home

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from this company! The minute we walked into the store Dave was right there to help us. He answered our questions and quickly set up a time to come measure our basement. I was really happy with how quickly he was able to get the carpet ordered and the install job set-up. I was also impressed with the quality of carpet for the cost- a lot less expensive than other places I'd received quotes from.

Mikey, who installed our carpet (all by himself, I may add), did an amazing job! I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to install the carpet by himself and what a great job he did- it looks beautiful! I definitely recommend these guys!

After calling multiple places, it was looking like it was going to be several weeks out on a big flooring job we needed to get done ASAP. We explained to Giant Carpet One what we needed and why, and they were ON IT! They helped us picked a beautiful, well-priced, in stock, carpet so we could get going right away. It was one week from the time we called to the time the job was done. The end result was amazing! What a difference! It was literally seamless throughout the home and the process as well! Second time customer of giant one carpet- they did a great job with our basement carpet and we came back to them for our upstairs flooring because of the quality of product, knowledge of the staff, and competitive pricing. After comparing 7 different carpet store options, Giant Carpet One was the best option for us. Their lead time was only about 10 days from order to install. Dave is fantastic to work with. He even came out to do our measure estimate at 9pm on a Friday night! He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable. The final product is flawless and we absolutely love our new carpeted home.

We looked for 3 months at carpet and found a wide variety of prices and product. At the time we walked into Giant Carpet One Floor in Logan Utah I knew that was the place to buy our carpet. Mind you we priced the same carpet locally and in other towns and their prices were the best. Dave promised us the best installer that he has working for him because of our unique situation. Well he delivered that John installed our carpet and he gave us input and options along with taking the time to explain different options to us. We will go back to Giant Carpet One in Logan and will request John. The carpet looks wonderful and yes John was amazing. Thank you Dave and John

Purchased all of my tile, LVT, and carpet from Harley. He was so patient and willing to spend time with us. We of course changed our minds several times. He was so great to work with and the installation of the produces went well. Installation was quick and very well coordinated. Will definitely use Giant Carpet One again. Thanks Harley.

I have really enjoyed working with Harley and Linda at Giant Carpet One. We're renovating an old building and replacing the flooring throughout. Initially we planned on buying from Home Depot, but decided we would rather work with a local business. Glad we found Giant Carpet One. I'm always out for the best deal I can get and Linda was patient with me while I tried to barter and get the lowest price possible. She was great and didn't seem to get annoyed with me at all. Eventually we were able to meet at a price that I felt was a good deal. They have by far the best selection of laminate, real wood and vinyl tile that I found in the valley. Several of the other places we visited weren't very personable or willing to work with us on price at all. It's been a great experience working with them so far!

The ordering experience went well and normal. Where they really stood out was how they handled a hiccup with keeping their installation dates for us.

We were putting in broadloom in our basement, and we wanted the installers to install some carpet we already had in an upstairs bedroom. We were on an unforgiving timeline when the installers ran into a snag with their labor force. Though they were dealing with a headache about being short on labor they came through for us, got us taken care of. ( I am sure that by the time they paid their people overtime to accommodate our needs they probably didn't make much on our job.) When they understood our timelines they got someone to come out at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon who worked until 8:30 that night. The next morning he was back and he worked from early morning until late at night. He finished up the last bit Monday morning. It turned out beautifully and we were able to get our house back together before our important family event.

I have nothing but good things to say about how they took care of us, even when it was surely a pain for them.

Great patience was shown as I struggled to find just the right carpet. Dave was knowledgeable and worked to bring in samples that work for our project. The price was very fair. The carpet layers really knew their job. Stairs are not easy and these look great! Thanks Dave.
