Cafe Sabor

Great food. My husband and I visit regularly for lunch and I have never ordered anything I didn't like. The service is always great. My favorite dish is the Sweet Pork Quesadilla. They have a great non-alcoholic drink menu. There is plenty of seating, so I’ve never had to wait for a table.

Best salsa and shrimp taco I have ever had. They do however need some help waiting on tables but, great prices and delicious food!!!!

There chips and salsa is the very best. I had shrimp fajita very good. The place is all decorated for Halloween. Great food good service.

Update: The owner of Cafe Savor reached out to me to relay that I was mistakenly charged the $9.00 “packaging fee” and the correct charge was supposed to be approximately 30 cents or less. The owner kindly refunded the fee and made the situation right. The owner relayed that a sign explaining the new packaging fee in more detail is posted in their restaurant.

I have been a long-time customer of Cafe Sabor and have always enjoyed their food. I ordered their well-known burrito special to-go, and when I went to pay, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that I was charged an $8.60 "packing fee." This fee was never brought to my attention when I called to order. I asked for clarification, and the waitress told me it was the fee charged for packaging up my meal, but I feel this price is inflated when you consider it is more than the actual burrito meal. I understand that prices are rising with inflation, but I still feel like this is a little much. I am very disappointed that this occurred, and had I known the outrageous fee, I would have dined in for my meal. Heed my warning, if you decide to take your burrito special to-to, be prepared to pay more than double the price.

Writing this as I’m eating because it’s just so damn good, food came out in UNDER FIVE MINUTES, the server was great, the food is BOMB Drinks, Bomb. 10/10 would recommend. And get this server Jayden a raise.

Excellent food with great spices. We went with a group of friends and they were great to seat us once we arrived. We called ahead and they were able to seat 10 of us with ease. The servers were great and they kept the chips and salsa full along with our drinks. The portions are huge and the deserts are great. We'll keep coming back for sure.

My favorite Mexican food restaurant so far here in Idaho falls. Very comfortable atmosphere friendly Service. Food was great Service was excellent. Taylee was awesome she was on point with whatever we needed.

The food was pretty good! I love their salsa so much and their $3 Friday margaritas are wonderful!

Wow! What a wonderful surprise is Cafe Sabor! They have all the typical fare, tacos, enchiladas, etc. However, what I ordered was the Citrus Shrimp Salad.
It has such wonderful fresh ingredients that are so full of flavor. The place is well decorated and is a friendly place to eat. The staff is wonderful and make the dining experience even better. You won't be disappointed!

Food was all fresh, from the mango salsa to the guacamole to the grilled jalapeños. Best in idaho falls!!!

Truly, my favorite Mexican restaurant. The chipotle chicken burrito is fantastic and their margaritas are excellent.

Called in a pick up order for 2 veggie burritos! The service was quick (less than 10 minutes). The order came with chips and salsa - delicious!!! The burritos were ahhhmazing. Will DEFINITELY return :)

The atmosphere is very wounderful, food very delicious. Waiter was helpful being my first time there.

Alejandra is the best server I have had in a long time. She handle our party of eight without any problem. During the busy time in the restaurant.

This is the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life! I'm obsessed. I've been at least ten times now. I thought other places around were good, until I went here and it is by far the best! I recommend the "Pollo Fundido Chimichanga"--it is my favorite item here (has the best sauce called Chipotle Cream), and other yummy ones include "Cali," "Shrimp Enchiladas" (have an amazing cream sauce), and the "Chile Relleno" is to die for good (it is huge and wide, stuffed with cheese, covered with yummy red sauce and cheese). The chips and salsa are amazing! I've never experienced anything like their chips--so crispy but hot and melt in your mouth. They have curbside pickup so you can order to go and not even have to leave your car to pick it up, better than drive through! The food here is amazing and I highly recommend it.
Update: The "Pesto Pasta" is amazing! It is the best pasta in town for sure, super creamy with the perfect amount of pesto, and I got it with shrimp (their shrimp is so good). The "Baja Pasta" is very good too. The following are good but I wouldn't get again: "Pollo con Crema" (chicken and veggies were dry, the sauce is amazing but sparce), "Pollo Durango" (too much cilantro), "Carne Asada Burrito" (nothing special from other places, meat was dry). Again, I highly recommend this place and would definitely go here many times more. I'm obsessed!

My wife is angry that we didn't buy any candy. But, hey, we were stuffed after eating the meals. The carne asada is the best we've had anywhere in Idaho. The pork carnitas taco was moist and flavorful. My son had a side of creamy chipotle that he was dipping stuff in, sort of as a joke, and it was awesome. Like a runny questo, so it was lighter and better as a sauce. All in all a fantastic meal. But, yeah, we didn't buy any chocolates. Our mistake.

Will be back! Loved the chips and salsa, tacos, and nachos. Also, they have great daily specials and very friendly service!
