Highly recommend all the providers at this office. Very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for your health.I’ve never been to an office that is more compassionate & caring. I feel like they go the extra mile and really listen to you & try to make sure you leave understanding. I like the fact that you always talk to a live person. No phone tree, and if I’m sick they always get me in same day. All around great office with great staff!

Keitan and Sandy are the wonderful physician and nurse that I see on a regular basis. They are competent and caring. All staff at Dr. Ward's practice are the reason for putting family in "Family Practice". Jacqueline Fonnesbeck PLUS, Pat Boyd feels the same way.

Ive been a patient at dr. wards office since 2014 and he and his PAs are the best doctors i have ever had, he is also my sons pcp now as well and his office staff is great. Highly recommend to anyone!

Ive been going to this office for the past 6 years. They have been really good. And taken my concerns seriously. Havent had an issue getting an appointment when i need to be seen. And were cautious about prescribing anything during both of my pregnancies. I really like dr ward's office. And how well they have treated myself, and my family members

Throughout the years, I've been to see many different Family Physicians, I feel like I have never felt like I am considered a person and have that I am just a number or have a Money Sign hanging over my head.
Since I've been coming to Dr. Ward's Office, I can honestly say I've been treated like I am a human being, and that I've been listened to and my options really do matter. The most important thing is they talk to me, not at me.

We have Enjoyed Dr Reed Wards office for all our bodily/emotional needs they always are there to help Chelse has been one of my favorite nurses she is very easy to talk to and very outgoing! THANK YOU ALL for your helping hands 🙏😁 <3

Unlike other reviews posted. I have had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Ward's clinic. We moved up from Utah, and didn't know a soul. We started going to Dr Ward's office by chance more than anything, and we utilize his Nurse Practitioner's to assist with our routine and family care. Perla at the front desk memorized my name right away, and greets me when I come in. She makes me feel like 'Norm' from Cheers, "where everybody knows your name". Dr Ward has personally attended to some of my immediate issues, and was extremely responsive when the test results became available. I would not hesitate to refer a friend; in fact I have. The process is simple and what I presume to be standard anywhere. I arrive, make my copay, have the visit, and receive a bill for anything not covered by insurance after billing. Seems pretty cut and dry, but I guess this is hard for others. I would say give them a try, I think you will have a great experience like I have.

Love this place. 12yrs and counting. My boys and my husband see Dr. Ward. He is very professional and down to earth. He has great bed side manner.

The front desk is amazing. Perla is outstanding. She is very friendly and great at her job. Any questions I've had Perla can answer them or point me in the right direction.
Hollie is so easy to talk to She is great with relaying messages and calling us for follow up information. If your looking for family feel doctor and not pull a number kind of doctor. Reed ward is we're to go.

I recently moved here to Idaho Falls, and was told by my new neighbors to go to this practice since I was looking for a new doctor for my health needs.
From my initial phone call setting my appointment to seeing Dr. Ruth Beck was a pleasant experience.
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and the office itself is comfortable. Dr Ruth Beck gave me a complete examination and listened to my prior health history. Wonderful doctor who I highly recommend. Add in the great team there, I am so glad I found them. Thanks to all of you for your kindness and I look forward to having your wonderful team taking care of my health care needs for the years to come.

The nurses and Pearla is amazing they are always so friendly and have great attitudes. Ruth is who i come to see and she is so informative and she knows her stuff. Awesome place.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Ward and his PA, Keiton Johnson. We're old, and we've had therefore more experience in being treated by doctors than most (younger) people. We can say, without reservation, that Dr. Ward and PA Johnson are the best health care providers we have had the good fortune to be treated by. As a matter of fact, if it were not for them I would have never undergone a procedure that saved my life, and in another instance Dr. Ward himself performed a procedure that perhaps also saved my life. No exaggeration.

I had a great experience at Dr. Ward’s office. My son was super congested and had a fever. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get in that afternoon. The office staff was friendly, the nurses were great & Dr. Ward was attentive and personable. He prescribed my son an antibiotic and we were on our way. Thanks to those who helped us that day. Will be going back for sure.

I have worked with Ruth Beck for a couple years now, and my experience has been great with her. Her compassion towards the problem and me as a patient is a great feeling and I am never hesitant to bring up anything, even if it's a juvenile question.

The front desk is great to work with. I have a diagnosed uncurable social sickness known as RBF, and Perla still smiles and makes me feel welcome :)

I have been going to Dr. Ward for over 4 years now and I have never been disappointed. He is genuine, kind and patient. He takes the time to ask questions and truly get to know me and my diagnosis. A plus, is the beautiful office and kind office staff. Prompt follow-up and the ability to make sure I'm seen in a timely manner, should something pressing arise. Thank you Dr. Reed Ward!

Most amazing doctors office ever! My husband has been going for several years and he loves going in, he was bragging to me yesterday about how all the staff are so kind to him. They tease him and joke and make the whole experience fun and enjoyable! In the past I've had to twist his arm to go to the doctors but ever since he started coming to this office he is always happy to go. And they have a beautiful office too! Top of the line equipment and friendly staff! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here!! Maybe those who have had bad experiences just experienced a bad day. The staff is more than welcoming and friendly and they always get me in when it’s convenient for me and it’s never been longer than a week to be scheduled. I’ve had instances where it was more urgent and they got me in the same day I called! The check in process is short and they are almost always on time when I go in. The doctors have all been so caring and helpful and I don’t feel like just a number to them. They seem to always listen to my issues and take them into consideration. Nothing but good things to say here!!

I just moved to this area and was very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Ward and his staff. The receptionist greeted me and to my surprise was quite interactive! Both she and the nurse were very friendly, making me feel like more than just another patient. Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about getting to know me. It was a refreshingly different experience and I will continue to see them.
