Was having a issue charging my phone huge thanks to Anna ! Who helped me she knew what was going on right away. Helped clean out my charging port and my phone os back working. Also went over our plan with us and helped us save a little bit of money.

Anna is the one to go to for any issue! She knows what she’s doing. Did not waste my time, issues resolved.

Just left the Verizon store from getting new phones and I am beyond impressed at how professional and helpful Caden was today. He stayed late with us and worked through some issues, while also assisting other customers. He was amazing!

Caden helped me with the purchase of my phone and then again with my phone case. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful!!! Such a nice young man!! Great customer service isn't a thing of the past after all!!!

Went into the store the other day was amazed with the customer service! I was greeted right away by Anna, I did have to wait as there was a couple customers in front of me. But when was my turn Anna and Brady were able ti fix my phone with 5 minutes. Which was amazing since I tried to fix it for like 2 days. This team here is amazing! I've never had a bad experience here! I appreciate you guys so much!

What a pleasant experience I had with Jennifer today. She immediately acknowledged my presence in the store and asked what I needed help with today. I purchased a new Pixel Pro 6 and she made it completely painless for me. Thank you! Jennifer!! I felt valued as a customer working with Jennifer!! She was very knowledgeable and well spoken and polite!

Angie was incredibly helpful knowledgeable patient and tenacious. She even came in on her day off to help us get our business account started up after we had spoken a few days before, because we wanted to work with her. The store felt warm and inviting, everyone working there was so kind and welcoming. Very professional but also down to earth. Answered all of our questions, and even though our situation was a bit difficult to navigate, Angie stayed positive, and didn't give up. We appreciate good customer service and it's a testament to the employees, that we won't dread going in there, it will be a place we look forward to going to when the need arises. Thank you again to Angie for the amazing help and expertise.

Went in and opened business account today. Angelina and Anna were very helpful. I loved how girls were so knowledgeable about the product and different plans. Both of them valued my time, got down to business and get me out of the door in record times. Love the professional customer service. Recommend 💯.

Anna's customer service skills are A++!! I was impressed with how calmly and efficiently she juggled the complex needs of each customer in the store ALL BY HERSELF. It required patience on the part of customers, but it was well worth the wait. I appreciated Anna's honesty with her recommendations for my situation. She explained complicated things thoroughly and happily answered all of my silly questions. My problems were solved when I left the store so this will be my first stop the next time I have any phone issue.

Had to stop by the store yesterday to get some of my phone settings to kick in. It only took Jennifer about 15 minutes to get it done, excellent. Then, had a question on my bill and multiple phones.....answer, save a bunch of money by switching to the business plan, and updates, again, excellent! Thanks to Jennifer.

Today I was struggling with my phone because I cracked the front of my screen. I went into Verizon to receive help. Mi helped me with the process of setting up a claim and she was AMAZING! she was working with another costumer and went out of her way to get me the help I needed. After I got home and waited the three hours I didn’t receive a confirmation and freaked out, good thing my favorite Verizon guy DeMichael was there for the rescue and helped me even though he wasn’t on shift anymore. Now I am stress free and good to go! I 10 out of 10 recommend asking for Mi or DeMichael!!

Demichael was the epitome of competent and professional. HIs knowledge of features and pricing across all iPhone versions was incredible. He recommended a new iPhone 11 instead of replacement X. He knew the value of what I was looking for and did not just sell me the latest and greatest. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, so he ordered it with no requirement to purchase if I decided I wanted something else. It came in a few days later, data transfer and setup went smoothly. He got me a great deal on device protection accessories.

Anna is pristine.. she has always gone above and beyond.. way better service from her than any store in Boise.

I have been working for awhile to get my text messages printed. I have even talked to customer service. Nobody could help me. I went in today and Anna was able to help. It took quite awhile but she was extremely helpful and very patient. She also wrote everything down so I could have it to take with me. Anna really knows what customer service is all about. She is an employee any company would be lucky to have. Hopefully they appreciate her.

I am a senior citizen with basically zero knowledge about technology. I am not a "GoWireless" customer but I went to this store in hope to get help transferring items from my old cell phone to the new one. Anna the rep who helped me transfered the information from my old phone to my new and even connected it to my car, all the while doing it with a smile and a very happy to help you attitude. Anna is a keeper and if a higher position becomes available she needs to be seriously considered. The world is a much better place because she is in it. Thank you Anna.
