Walmart Supercenter

REVIEW FOR W+ PICKUP: I arrived at pickup and called the number on the sign to let them know my location. I had only been sitting a couple of moments before a young lady approached and asked the name for pickup. She checked for the order on a handheld device and told me someone would be out soon. As stated, within moments a very polite young man came out, confirmed the name, apologized to me for the wait (under 5 minutes) and asked if I would like the order to be placed in the trunk which he proceeded to do after my confirmation. The entire process from arriving to leaving took less than 11 minutes. All the staff were very friendly. There were no substitute items to review so it was simple!

Going in to the store, it seems lacking severely in organization. Cats are blocking aisles and you can't find an employee available to assist.

Love this place and their friendly environment the night manager is kinda hot and always smiling the guy that walks around and deals with supervisor like things haha and Debbie at the courtesy desk couldn't be a better person for the job wow give her a raise already! Love this place it's clean and bright and always stocked up. Super super cool dudes

Everyone in this Walmart is very helpful. Chase in electronics was very knowledgeable and made our shopping experience a pleasure. Great customer service.

Has what we need.

I will say the T-shirts in the craft area are crazy on the sizes! V-neck vs non v-neck. The non v-neck shirts are much larger than the v-neck shirts. So if your friend is making a shirt for you keep in mind the difference in size! And they don't have 1x and the jump between XL to 2X is HUGE!

They have mini peanut butter m&ms and mini skittles!! I was pleasantly surprised when I found them! I thought I got the plain mini m&ms and as I was eating them I thought they tasted different and I looked closer at the container and they were peanut butter! Even better! Such a fun product! Thanks Walmart for carrying them!

The nicest, cleanest, most organized, friendliest Walmart we have ever visited.

This is my largest store in town. Grateful to have it.

Stopped here on the way to the Grand Tetons. Walmart was clean and we'll stocked as usual. We had intended on staying at Mountain Home FAM Camp but by the time we were done shopping we decided to just crash in the parking lot. Management was okay with it (asked beforehand). It made a quick morning, grabbed a few last minute things then headed back on to the highway.

Had a pharmacy issue, Mikey in the pharmacy went out of his way to resolve the problem.
Found every thing I needed.
Nice clean store.

We came by in the evening to exchange incorrect paint from a pick-up. No one working knew how to mix paint but Dennis and George went above and beyond to try and fix the machine and sort out how to help us for close to an hour. We ultimately had to come back the following day, but both gentlemen worked hard to make things right. Service was excellent.

One star for the store itself. If the paint counter is open, someone on shift should be able to mix paint; otherwise, have paint counter hours like any hardware store.

Also, this location has been unable to process returns on pickup items for at least eight months. Customer service can't scan the pick-up order code and their fix is to offer a gift card. For larger purchases, I would like my money back and there's no reason the system should still be broken.

Thanks... Stayed the night in your parking lot with the motor home. Left early the next morning.

Very clean and very friendly service. I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and the cashier at the self check out was kind enough to put my order on hold until I got back. Made my life so much easier.

We shop here regularly and find most of the things we need at good prices. We recently visited the Walmart Optometrist whom we can highly recommend- 🏅best in the northwest! - appointments required. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I feel Walmart needs to treat their staff better.
The employees are severely underpaid for the treatment they receive.
I've worked in customer service beforehand, and the service here is lovely!
The customers on the other-hand are snide and rude.
Please pay the employees more.
And give them more days off!

Coasted my truck in with dead batteries right at closing (hate being that guy/customer). Deron saved my night, A+ customer service and battery install. Give that man a raise, very appreciative!

Bathroom was stocked and clean at 5pm on Monday, the store was clean, and the folks were friendly. I had to go to customer service to break a bill so I could give a Salvation Army donation after getting cash back on my purchases and the young lady couldn't have been any nicer. Store was fairly busy but I still didn't have to wait to self check out. Your mileage may vary but I have no complaints about this Wal-Mart whatsoever.
