I need to let the owner know that this location is doing great. Even better than great. This location is phenomenal. Super friendly and patient staff. I don’t know if it is because I am so used to the layout of the Boise store, but walking into the Mountain Home store feels a lot more overwhelming due to the sheer amount of stuff. I spent maybe a hour in the store, and still didn’t see everything. They have a HUGE selection of modern and retro games, toys, and so much more. Every time I have stopped by this location, I’ve been able to purchase some cool promotional items. They also have a lot of high end Sega titles. Highly highly recommend making the trip out.

This branch of VIP Games is very well organized and the people behind the counter know their stuff. If they aren’t too busy, it’s great to take a trip down nostalgia lane and talk about old games and systems.

Their used items are clean and they make sure you are happy with a disc before you purchase it.

Very fair prices. I prefer to buy from a “real” store when I can, and they take good care of me.

Highly recommended!

The only thing to worry about is the parking lot entrance, the slope next to a busy road makes it a bit tricky for some vehicle types.

Great store. Amazing selection. The lady up front was extremly informative and kind. Knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me. I left a very happy customer. Will be returning there for all my gaming needs. Can't ask for more then that. Thank you so much for the experience.

You guys are always so helpful. One of my favorite places to shop. Id rather buy from the crew through VIP for all my Used games rather than than going to GameStop.

I've been here multiple times since VIP took GameStop's place, and each time Misty and another gentleman (didn't quite catch his name) have been nothing but helpful, kind, and full of recommendations. First time I went in looking for a copy of Splatoon 3 when it released. Walmart had sold out so I turned here and was quickly and efficiently helped. The second time around, I was pre-ordering Tears of the Kingdom. Each time I returned to keep paying off the preorder, the staff rememberepre-order, and processed the transactions swiftly, never failing to smile. Quick interjection here to say that they willingly stayed up well past closing time for Tears of the Kingdom's late night release! Most recently, I was searching for Funko Pops as a birthday gift for a friend, and Misty helped me out with picking the perfect ones for him. I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely check them out!

Staff is super great here. They remember me and always let me know when something I'm interested in is there. Kept the same staff as when the store was Gamestop but they seem much happier now.

I LOVE this store. Great, kind and helpful staff who go out of their way to provide excellent service. They found a game that wasn’t in stock at this location and had it there for me within a week!

Vast selection of games, consoles and assorted media— *always* an impressive inventory

Just went in today after hearing good things about the VIPG's from a nice officer last month. What I gained from this visit is that the customer service is splendid (they called me the day a game I wanted came in) and also polite. The prices are better than Wal-Mart & the GameStop that was there originally. They do pre-orders too. Hopefully VIPG gets the funds & backing to do memberships & regular deals associated with it, otherwise it would be 6-stars for me. I will shop here for all my games, electronics and accessories from now on.

Lots of retro up to NextGen games, consoles & handhelds. Reasonable pricing, great location, quality products and services. The gal working there when I visited was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful making my experience meaningful and memorable.

Misty helped me find the perfect slew of games to save my son from boredom while he recovers from surgery in SLC. Give her a raise or something. Won't shop anywhere else for my nerd needs! Lol

They are always knowledgeable and friendly not afraid to help you step out and find a new genre to play and in the words of tiny Tina have killer badonks

The store is clean but the employees are really bossy. Like over the top, ridiculous bossy. This place has the same vibe as the soup guy from seinfeld. Prices aren't too bad, though, just a hair over market value.

This doesn't really matter that much, but they have peppa pig on loop on TV. I've been in 3 times and it's been on every time.

Fair pricing, lots of variety new and old. Got asked by the person behind the counter if my military uniform was a costume.
