Love our Auto zone! Excellent service, great employees, knowledge and stock on hand on many items. Clean and always try to give you more than you expect.

The young lady that waited on me was so polite and helpful. I didn't see another employee in the store, so I could imagine that her Saturday was a busy one -- but her personality and smile didn't diminish. Couldn't ask for a better experience and this young lady deserves a big raise. You don't find sales assistants with that kind of customer focus very often.

they were great i needed part and they came out to my truck look at it and had to order it but would not give up because they couldnt find it at first i went to other parts place near them and they just gave up right a way so thanks auto zone you get my business from now on. sorry to that irish place , no four leaf clover there !!!! .

Kind and helpful staff. I like to browse for my many projects and get ideas for quite a while (lol), they don't bother me as I'm doing some figurin. I look up for a minute and the staff is always immediately available for questions or just to check out.

Tim O. helped me on my way home (from out-of-state) when a cosmetic body part was rattling—he was very kind, quick, and informative. Definitely recommend their help!

The employees here are amazing. We accidently snapped the adapters on our wiper blades, and rather than having to buy 2 more blades, they found us adapters for free. Will always come here when we need something. <3

Really friendly and helpful staff. Had my engine light on and they ran my codes for me and suggested mechanics to see. Even gave me directions to the nearest Dodge dealership and talked me through how to get my car covered by their factory warranty.

My husband and I were passing thru and our car broke down. Jerry helped us in every way possible. He truly went above and beyond his daily job duties I'm sure.. we have been to many auto parts store and have never been treated with such care and concern. This guy's a keeper and deserves a big part on the back. Thank you so much for all your help Jerry !!

I absolutely love AutoZone they have things in there that Nampa does not have their local they're fairly inexpensive and I have had probably seven vehicles that I have gotten parts for every one of them through AutoZone they also have a Rewards program that I think is pretty cool if you have not you should stop in and check out AutoZone even if you don't need anything

I go to AutoZone every single time I embark on a new automotive venture. I always end up breaking a bolt or tearing a wire and run to them asking for help. they have all of the necessary items to fix user error, along with a large assortment of on-hand parts to fix anything that you may have accidentally broken, or was already broken to begin with. Prices are good, and they always have a military discount.

Great place to stop, very helpful and when there was a mixup in the parts I was picking up it was very efficiently cleared up by a supervisor named Jason. He did a great job and I'll surely return to this business in the future.

The manager righted an order one of his employees got wrong, didnt charge me, threw in a filter that I wasnt expecting, and I will always go to auto zone for this. Very professional, extremely helpful and nice!!

Back in March 2020 our car battery needed a replacement, we were taveling through Mt Home I'd, Nick the manager helped beyond what most parts store employees would do. Auto zone has a great employee, thanks Nick

Didn’t have the needed parts but were very helpful and friendly. The place was super busy for a Friday afternoon but didn’t nave to wait to get some help.

I just wanted to let out a huge thank you to John and Brian, current managers at the Mountain Home Autozone. I had dilemma concerning a warranty on an optima auto battery. I'd had issues with the battery locally (in Portland), where it had been tested and "charged" a few times. When I had it in last, I advised it's not normal for the battery needing charging and inquired about the 3 year warranty considering I was selling my car the following weekend. I was advised the warranty follows the part as long as the new owner had the receipt, any issues with the battery would be covered at any autozone nationwide.

This information was incorrect, the warranty follows the original purchaser. When the new owner got home, he again had battery issues, which the local Mountain Home AutoZone verified the battery needs to be replaced and not simply charged. The new owner was unable to replace the battery because he wasn't the original purchaser. I contacted John and advised the information previously relayed and why the replacement wasn't taken care of the week before when the vehicle was still in my possession.

He was professional, understanding and educational in regards to the current policies and procedures which was appreciated considering the prior information I had received locally. The battery was warrantied and the new owner is happy with the end result. Thanks again for all your help and understanding!

Auto zone in mt home is the best. They help me with my daughter tire. Joe is amazing and so very thankful that he helped us change her tire
