I drove approximately 1.5 hours to pick up a Green Mountain Pellet Grill. I was met by the owner, David, and a member of his team, Bonnie. Courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. They guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and did not rush us out the door. As for the grill, I wish I didn’t wait so long. That pellet smoker is a beast. First night, smoked tri-tip. Juiciest I have ever had. Last night, smoked 10# of pork baby back ribs and had a feast with some friends. I love our investment. Next stop, rotisserie.
