Dr. Williams is great! He's friendly and highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. Our appointments never felt rushed and I always received quick results with my options thoroughly explained. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have been going to Dr Williams for quite a few years now & I have Always been treated well by him and his staff. He always makes me feel comfortable and he is SO easy to talk to & he always makes me feel like he has time to listen and explain things to me. And his Nurse (yeah I forgot her name, dang it) was really good. I have and will always recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Dr Williams

Dr. Williams discovered my cancer and told me straight out my situation. Loved his straight forward and supportive communications. Additionally, in follow up after surgery, chemo, radiation and a very challenging year, he took a great deal of time reviewing and explaining my blood draw documentation I kept in my binder all year. He resolved my concerns and was a bright light in my life! I love him and highly recommend him as a thorough and skilled doctor!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Todd Williams has by far the worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve been to. It’s hard for me to even call the man a doctor. He got me in for a colonoscopy/EGD and in the operating room he answered 0 of my questions and aggressively shoved my arm under my body into position. I did not receive my results for close to a month and because I lodged a complaint was fired from being his patient. Please don’t go here. Do your research and find a doctor who you trust.

Dr. Williams is very quick to get you in for an expensive procedure but extremely slow at less profitable follow-ups. I needed a feeding tube because of throat cancer, and he got me in the following morning at 6am, when I needed it taken out around August 7th, he couldn't get me in until November second. The mere idea that he would allow me to let that "no longer needed" apparatus dangle from me for three months because he couldn't spare 15 minutes left me aghast with disbelief. He expected me to inject water into it twice per day to clean it, have terrible sleep and have to wear baggy shirts and put up with the edge of infection I had already been dealing with since the previous May. Quite the insult injury for somebody trying to put their throat cancer behind them. Be careful!

Dr Todd Williams did an procedure on my Mother and she was told by Dr Todd Williams after her procedure which she did NOT GET HER RESULTS til 3wks later and he was very rude and said if she didn’t like how they ran their practice she should go somewhere else.... very unprofessional.
