Hampton Inn I-75 Lexington/Hamburg Area

I spent some time working in the lobby and was very impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the two young women at the front desk. They seemed to not only do their jobs well, but also to take pride in the hotel and in welcoming travelers. I saw them dealing with people asking questions about the surrounding area, a problem with a sink not draining well and having to move the guest to another room, as well as multiple guests coming and going, and I thought they were especially pleasant to everyone and each other. It’s nice to see!

Although we did not actually stay at this hotel, I can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating this hotel and its staff were. My boyfriend and I ran into some car trouble as our car died as we were exiting off the highway. The employees at Hampton Inn pulled out 3 extension cords, and ran them from inside the hotel to our car outside so we could use our mobile charger to get us enough battery life to make it to the next closest super charger. They went above and beyond to help us out, and we weren’t even guests! If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond to accommodate its guests I’d say this is the place! 😊😊

The staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Staff was very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Thanks for everything Ms Morgan! If we are ever through Lexington again we will definitely stay here! Happy Holidays to each of the staff!

that front desk guy Ray was a gift from God. Checked me into my room and got this tired old soul into bed. He Made sure that my room was in a quiet spot. Totally forgot about asking if I needed a wake up call and believe it or not the phone was going off exactly at 6:45 when it was time for me to begin my day of work

Staff was super friendly! The pool was perfect temperature and the rooms were amazingly clean. Super happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed this facility. It was clean. It was nice. We had the pool all to ourselves. It was the middle of the week so it was to be expected. Anyway, beautiful time, I like the halfway point. I don't see why I won't use them again.

And the staff was very enjoyable. Everybody was nice from checking in to check out.

This is the most expensive Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, but it was worth the money. Originally, we were going to stay across the street at the Motel 6. There were homeless people on that side of the street and camping out on the side of that building. However, this Hampton Inn was very clean, the people were nice and it felt very safe at this location. There are several places to eat and shop nearby. I would stay here again.

The room over all was ok for what we needed (1 queen bed first floor), but was small for the price. The only negative thing was the shower. The shower/tub floor really needs some kind of gripper strips or something. I put a towel down to stand on so I wouldn't slip and fall. The staff was very friendly (specifically Mike at the front desk!). Breakfast was very good and a nice selection. Did not use the pool.

Great hotel! No complaints. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast food was delicious, and they had plenty to choose from. They have a snack bar that we took advantage of around midnight. The front desk people were SO nice and helpful. A man and a woman, I didn't get their names, but they were great! The hotel is very close to multiple resturants so we went to Johnny Carinos for dinner since it was right down the road. Highly recommend!

My husband and I made reservations to stay at this location on our travels to upstate NY.
We checked in right at 3pm and requested 1st floor. Mike was awesome and able to accommodate which is never guaranteed. The room was extremely clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was what we expected and nice to have something before our long drive. We were so happy with this hotel I made reservations on our return. Only issue for this stay was the door was so heavy to open and slow to close. I would recommend this hotel. Great location and plenty of choices for restaurants!

Rooms and interior are super clean and nice. Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason I did not give a 10 is because the outside is dated, and the TV remote and channels sometimes did not work. Still loved the hotel and stay.

Staying here for a youth trip to the Ark. Rooms are great and breakfast was delicious. The kids loved the pool 😊. Ginger at the front desk and everyone working here are fantastic!! Thank y’all for an awesome weekend

Fantastic hotel. The number one reason I'll come back is because of Ginger at the front desk. She's a wonderful person who understands customer service and what it takes to make your stay comfortable.

Nice clean rooms, the service at the front desk was excellent, a great location that is pretty close to everything.

Between a windstorm and moving we had to stay about a week and a half (we are still here at this writing). We have had some of the best sleep!! Our dogs think the staff are there for them with how animal friendly everyone is. You are treated like a very close friend stopping by to stay! We were right next to an exit, which with our senior dog was PAWESOME!!!! Keep up your all's great work!! Thank you for making a stressful time easier.
I almost forgot!! While staying here, my blood sugar crashed (Im an insulin dependent diabetic), Mike got me seated and got me some orange juice quickly. Another example of how caring, understanding, and attentive the staff are!

It was wonderful. I was amazed at how quiet our weekend was. Overall the service staff and room was on point. If you want a quiet weekend located with access to Lexingtons restaurants theaters and downtown nightlife I recommend this hotel.

If breakfast had more food it adds perfection... possibly due to egg shortage there were no omelette or scrambled egg. Also no individual packed cereal.

Right off 75, rooms are large, clean, and amenities are nice. Staff has been really great. They fixed a simple issue with the AC in less than 3 minutes and also had a corkscrew at the front desk to open a bottle of wine for us. Lots of restaurants of all sorts nearby as well as a walmart across the street in case you've forgotten anything in your travels

Everything was great. Room was clean, smelled ok, and comfortable. Only problem was someone plumbed the shower wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot and barely hot...lukewarm or no water. But otherwise everything was great.

We decided at the last minute to stay in KY while traveling to West Virginia. Absolutely locked up with this hotel. They had a couple of rooms left and the comfort was top notch. Enjoyed our stay.
