Residence Inn by Marriott Lexington City Center

We had a blast here with our family!
Check-in was easy; we originally entered the Marriott side, but the front desk worker escorted us to the correct location. Our room was nice and just right for our family. We stayed in a suite with a terrace, and it was spacious and relatively private. It was on the 3rd floor, and surrounded by tall buildings, so anyone looking down from their window could’ve seen us, but we enjoyed coming out and looking at the stars at night. There was a lot of traffic noise, but that’s what you’d expect in any city center.
The kids loved swimming in the rooftop pool, and there was a great view of the city! The pool area was well-appointed with towels and sufficient comfortable seating.
Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the variety of foods. The breakfast attendant was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.
We brought a vehicle, but because we just stayed one night, we found a meter about half a block away, and just parked there. I think we spent $3 at the meter overall, because the city doesn’t charge from 7:00pm-9:00am. Using the hotel’s garage was substantially more expensive.

Lovely stay here at the RI in downtown Lexington. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. I really have to give the staff 5 stars. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. I want to recognize Laura S. She went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

The room was excellent! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend stay. Parking was easy and staff was nice. This would be our first choice next time we are in Lexington. Its a great location. Walking distance to everything downtown.

Excellent location right downtown, wonderful and clean fully appointed suite, friendly staff, nice restaurant and great free breakfast. You represent your Marriott Residence Inn brand and the city of Lexington very well.

Very nice clean, new hotel! I got a corner room and it's a nice size with a great view of the area. The layout choice is a little questionable as the king bed feels stuffed in a corner next to the bathroom. Not sure about the decision on this as there is so much open space. But no biggie. Great location if you're into a downtown scene. I've seen complaints about noise. Well...it's downtown so nothing more than I'd expect. It's loud. I still plan on passing out in this comfy room.

Fairly new facility with excellent rooms, comfortable beds and very reasonable rates. The area is definitely busy on the weekends, being in the center of Lexington. I ended up trying a few meals through room service and everything I had was great. Only issue I found was that it's apparently near a fire house judging by the number of sirens I heard. If you're sensitive to city noises just be aware of that.

Service was friendly, rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.

Our visit started a little rough in the beginning, we were arriving with a baby and toddler very late at night and they couldn't find a crib. Thankfully after 2 hours they were able to find out. The next morning, my wife was waiting by the elevators and because the other elevator was being repaired, it took a long time that she missed breakfast time with our kids. I thought could the stay get any worse. Well I am going to share with you the exceptional costumer service Marcelo had. Juan, from maintenance saw that my wife had missed breakfast and informed Marcelo. He quickly offered to give us a voucher to eat at the other hotels restaurant. From day on every day Marcelo treated us like family, attending to all of our needs. I am so impressed with the ability of such good costumer service. Same as Juan! This hotel is beyond lucky to have these 2 individuals working for them. I have never gotten better treatment in any of the Marriotts like Marcelo did. They need a raise!!!! Until this day we still talk about Marcelo in our home and the impression he left in my wife and kids!

My family and I are Lexington locals. We had an unfortunate emergency sewer pipe block that caused severe leak and our home unlivable. With a toddler on spring break and husband that works remote, we needed to find a last minute home away from home with unique accommodations. Natasha, Peter, Marcelo and everyone from staff to management went above and beyond to make our troubling and inconvenient instance as comfortable as possible. In fact, a hand delivered bag of bath toys for our toddler is just one example of how they went above and beyond during the duration of our stay. Thank you Residence! We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a work trip for the week and everything was great. Comfortable room, very clean, nice fitness area and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Not hard to access. Wouldnt suggest going in the middle of the day if your not used to city underground parking. At night you have to go to the Marriot to get checked in and a little confusing if youve never checked into such a high end place before. Its electronic on cubes. My wife and I thought people were just standing around having drinks with no reception area but the "bar" was the place to check in. The rooms were clean, convenient, and had pretty good views of the cities archetecture.

Excellent hotel in Downtown Lexington. The rooms are very large, clean and have all of the amenities you'd expect from a Marriott-owned brand. Full kitchen, complete with dishwasher and HBO Max on the Bluetooth and Netflix-integrated TV.

Stayed here for three nights. Hotel was super clean. Front desk guy was super friendly. Rooms are kept clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend if you are here for a convention.

Stayed overnight on a Sunday to break up a trip home from Tennessee. Our room was beautiful, room service was fast and the food was good. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend you stay here.

Excellent customer service at check in and breakfast. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever seen. The gal working did a beautiful job. Room was huge!

The Infinity Bar was great! We enjoyed a reunion with old friends after the UK game. I also saw a lot of people I know there which always makes a bar fun

First time staying here. Rooms were great clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful. And at reasonable prices. Would stay here again and will.
