This place was not just the best sushi in the valley but the service was 5 star. Thank you chole and her grandmother for the excellent and warm attention we got.

Shiki sushi is hands down the best sushi in the valley Kathy the owner is very nice she works right beside her employees, their service is great but the food is even better!

I moved up here from Southern CA and after trying numerous sushi spots, gave up on enjoying good sushi in Oregon. Today my wife and I tried Shiki Sushi to celebrate our anniversary and were blown away by the food. Great location and decor. The prices are right and the food was fresh, plated well, and delicious. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent lunch at Shiki Sushi.
My wife had chicken Pad Thai and really enjoyed it. I had the spicy green beans & roasted garlic with chiken and my daughter had the spicy basil. I wish I would have taken pics but we will definitely be back as this is so far the best Asian food we have had in this area.

Everything at Shiki is wonderful. The food was fantastic-we tried two different sushi rolls and the ramen, as well as a bento combo. The prices are very reasonable and our server was quick and very helpful!

Haven't been here for a year or so, I was interested to see if anything changed since the new ownership. Everything for the good! The new owner is very nice & personable. Our waiter Eric had great service!!

Wow! It was delicious!!! We had the Melinda roll and the Philly roll and while they were on the petite side, they more than made up for it in flavor. Great service also.

We got to do Disneyland trivia and have Sushi it was a great time and wonderful Sushi also delicious dessert.. Thank you 😊 we will be back! Just the three of us lol

I was in there to pick up an order and the hostess was very pleasant. It felt cozy waiting for the order.

Everything was great! The food and service was awesome. My server and the sushi chef were so nice. Had the miso soup, spicy salmon roll and the volcano rolls. All were great! The new owner Kathy is doing a great job from what I can see. Restaurant was really clean smelling when I walked in.

The food is amazing we eat here all the time the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the food is because the recipe is inconsistent. We always order the same thing sometimes there isn't enough sauce in the phad Thai sometimes its too much... we come for when it's just right. Eileen is an amazing server and the new owner is awesome there is one server that needs to up their game when it comes to people skills especially with people on the phone. We eat their food at least once a week and we even tip when order take out and I know from being in the restaurant business for 10+ years most people don't tip for take out but this person said they would fix it for free on the next one and didn't even ask my name. Other than that great food.

The staff was really accommodating because I got a call and had to leave just as I was served. I had the best tako I've had in years here. The rolls were nice and fresh. However I'm not a huge fan of sweet so next time I will ask for them without the chefs sauces or maybe just one. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service, high quality fish and good prices. Try the LT and Langostino Volcano rolls as well as the deep fried cheesecake dessert.

BEST sushi place in medford. I tried 4 other places, this place beats them. Definitely making many more visits in the future!! The sashimi was perfectly sliced and the rice wasn't too much or too little. Amazing chefs they are very well experienced. I was born and raised in LA and I been too hundreds of sushi places and this place is ALMOST equally as great! Our waiter was on top of it and very friendly. Owner even gave us free desert! The rainbow rolls were very tasty and the hand rolls are just AMAZING😋😋😋😋😋😋

If your looking for AMAZING sushi this place is the spot. Took my friend here to try it out for the first time and between the 3 of us at dinner we had 6 different rolls all DELICOUS plus the drinks to die for and apitizers were great. The quality of the food was amazing, flavor was unmatched in the valley personality. 10/10 my new favorite sushi spot in the valley.

This is a gem in downtown Medford. Shiki makes the best sesame dressing on their house salad, the best. I know they offer alcohol too. My husband is the sushi person and always enjoys the variety and freshness of their sushi. It is a good sized place and could accommodate bigger parties. LOVE the lanterns on the ceiling. It is a winner for food and ambiance.
