Candlewood Suites Lexington, an IHG Hotel

This place has the best shower I've ever had at any hotel. Our room was comfy and clean. Lena at the front desk was helpful and polite. We'll be back for sure. Convenient to just about everything

The water is hot.. soft water always a plus. And the bed was cozy with no bed bugs.. great stay.

The rooms were recently renovated. The amenities were great. Customer service great. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to call home. It's quiet, isolated but very close to main roads. Large area for the dogs to run and play. Currently under renovations. My room is great. Hot water with the perfect pressure. Deep shower bowl for soaking my tired feet. The staff is friendly and interested in assisting you. Dog friendly for a fee, no surprise. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. I love the recliner. Spend my evenings here.

Great place for extended stay! Pet friendly doesn't say enough, they LOVE our fur babies. Lena has been absolutely amazing, from booking to check-in she had made sure that we were 100% satisfied and needed nothing! Lena, thank you for making us feel "at home"💜🏠. Free laundry, quiet rooms, large field for exercising dogs, clean and comfy beds, the entire staff has been wonderful!!! Currently under some remodeling, We have seen the crew but not heard them.

I can't stress enough how great our entire stay was. We were only in town for 1 night for a concert at Rupp Arena and this was very close and the best possible price we could find. For starters, the check-in line was about 4 people deep when I got there but there were two members from guest services working the desk plus, the hotel manager was also checking people in from his computer to move things along. They were all super fast and efficient. I had made an online reservation through the hotel website and had put in the notes that I wanted a room on the top floor if possible. As soon as the manager took my name for check in he immediately stated he had a room on the top floor ready for me before I even mentioned it. Our room was lovely...the coffee pot was broken but they were going to make sure and fix that plus there is basically unlimited coffee downstairs. It was very quiet especially considering the majority of the guests had been to the same concert and were all pretty rowdy. Overall it was just so much better than I expected for that price. This place is sure to stay booked up so make sure to get your reservations early! Great access to the highways as well. All new and modern furnishings inside and out. Thanks for a great stay we will be back!

My husband and I stayed there 2 nights. The room and the lobby were impeccably clean. The staff was great. The location was convenient and access to shopping was nice. We will stay there again the next time we travel.

If you need or want to stay in Lexington, you should stay here! Friendliness of staff is impeccable. The rooms are amazing. They even accept pets for a reasonable fee. Plus the rates are amazing!!!! My husband works in South Carolina and I and the family live in Missouri. We usually meet once a month in Tennessee but I got lost this time and wound up in KY. We found this hotel late at night and were not disappointed. So instead of going to Tennessee we stayed here! They have a very nice indoor pool. Plus a nice dog walk and even a grilling area with tables and a nice grill. The rooms are so clean and nice. They have a full size kitchen and even stock dishes! It's everything you could ask for. We stayed in a standard room with only one queen bed but they have many options on rooms for the family! The beds and bedding are so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. Also very quiet, we never heard anyone else! I can't say enough about this hotel! Thank you for making our stay flawless!

Customer service was excellent! Deepak, Lena, and Eric are top-notch! Rooms are clean and well equipped. A guests needs are anticipated and well handled. The no-charge laundry room is an added bonus! Candlewood Suites of Lexington is the reason I’ve become a loyal customer of the IHG brand!

Super cheap without all the bad stuff that comes with it. Super clean. Staff super friendly. Nice rooms. Apparently the hotel just cleaned all rooms n air conditioning. Only complaint air freshener is strong by elevator but goes down further down the hall. But would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed a nice place to stay for the night or weekend.

I recently stayed here while working out of town. This is definitely the ideal home away from home. Room was clean and comfortable. Included all the things to keep you taken care of from stovetop with two burners, full size fridge, reclining chair for relaxing before bed and all the essentials. Also offers a small store to grab anything from breakfast to some frozen meals and white castles. Unfortunately, during this Covid time, the pool was not available, but the gym was. Staff was very respectful and helpful for all inquiries. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home while out of town or in the Lexington KY area.

I have stayed here many times over the years. My first time here I loved it so much that, for me, there was no longer any other choice. I made the decision then and there that anytime I will be in the Lexington area I will be staying at Candlewood Lexington. Over the years it has been obvious to me that the owners here are sincerely interested in providing you with a comfortable stay. It really has been my home away from home.

It’s nice and clean! they’re dog friendly which is a plus, super quiet and Robby at the front desk was super helpful and sweet as can be! Definitely will be coming back.

Better than most 4 or 5 star places i have stayed. Great for extended stays or work trips. Full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal cook top and all. VERY CLEAN . Jr watkins toiletries provided and in shower soap/body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Friendly staff, and friendly housekeeping. If you need it they have it, crock pots, mixers, ect and a store also....

Super friendly staff! Very pet friendly. My dog drags me to the front desk every day so he can get his treat and say hello to the front desk folks (especially his aunt Lena)

A hidden gem. Service was excellent and the room had a ton of amenities including a full fridge and stovetop. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, came with small kitchenette, frig, and microwave. Shower head high, didn't have to bend over to wash my hair. Pillows good, although always bring your own if you can. Thermostat on wall instead of on the floor unit....very controllable.

Welcoming and attentive staff! Comfortable room. Above standard Covid cleaning practices. Have a locker with poss needed items: crock pots, games! Would highly recommend. Reasonable prices :)
