Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington East/I-75

This was the third time at a Marriott location, and as I had no reservations, being a spur of the moment trip, this place exceeded any expectations one might have when traveling. Granted it was on a day when we were getting a winter snow advisory, and the drive was a bit longer than anticipated, but I knew it was going to be a good visit as soon as I entered the lobby after 730 pm. The nice young lady at the desk, Teisha, greeted me with a warm friendly smile with delightful charm, was quick and knowledgeable on retrieving my account, proceeding to list room options. She was able to upgrade me to a king suite and add a later checkout time. Not only was she helpful with that, but offered some good insights about local places and travel about town. My stay was exceptionally quiet and the other guests I encountered were all friendly and polite. The room was spotless and had more than enough amenities to make my stay worth the trip. The next day, the desk crew, I believe her name was Lindsey, was again cordial, helpful and above all a perfect example of how hospitality staff should be. I have become a firm and constant Marriott customer for future travels and would recommend this location wholeheartedly.

I rate them the highest possible for many good reasons! Staff when we checked in on 12/30, 4 pm, she was Very professional & accommodating! We felt at home! Very clean main areas and room was immaculate! Seemed brand new! I would 100% stay any time again, when in the area! Very impressive and again, staff was superb! 🥰❤😍

Easy location to get in and out of! Fairly great value for the actual room. In all fairness, I did get an upgrade!!

The staff was hospitable.

The pillows in room 203 need replaced-they should have been replaced a while ago.

The pool is indoor and the workout center is great! Both a nice touch.

Overall this is a really nice option in the Lexington area, you would have to drive to most of what you want to do or see, but it is east in and out parking and access.

Miss Kenyata deserves to be recognized by name for her outstanding customer service. In particular, she was immediately cheerful upon my arrival. Despite arriving rather early, she checked me in, and thanked me for being a loyal Marriott member for over two decades. She helped me out with an excellent room upgrade for my service dog and I. Are they didn’t notice that she was also making sure the breakfast was ready for the other guests and constantly stocked up. And last, but not least, she was training one of the brand new front desk employees. The building itself is six years old as of the time of this review. I noticed that the gym had new equipment and had a nice cold filtered water.

Great experience! I stayed here for a night on a work trip and was cheerfully greeted by a lady at the front desk - I wish I remembered her name. She welcomed me to the hotel and quickly checked me in. I left the room a few times to go to the lobby and she quickly recognized me and greeted me by my surname. I was completely impressed! She even asked me how the accommodations were - which I thought was a great touch and a wonderful customer service approach. I will definitely be back again based on this service!

The complementary breakfast was typical of Marriott hotels. It wasn’t overly impressive, but I left full and ready for the day.

I’ll definitely be staying here again.

This was by far the best Fairfield I have ever stayed at! I don’t know that I’ve ever visited another hotel where every staff member I encountered was so friendly, especially Katie, the GM. They were extremely accommodating of our group of over 50 people. From the initial booking process to the days leading up to the event, they were communicating with us and ready to welcome us at check-in. From the lobby to the rooms and bathrooms, everything was exceptionally clean and modern. The breakfast was impressive and I especially loved all the oatmeal topping options. Everyone in our group was so impressed with our stay. When we got to our destination of St. Louis and stayed at a DoubleTree, they kept saying, “Why couldn’t we have gotten a hotel like the Fairfield in Lexington?!” Lesson learned…stick with Marriott! :) I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

My go to Marriott property when I visit Lexington and I am here often. As a Marriott purest, this is the epitome of The Marriott Way and GM Katie exceeds that high standard.

Rooms are updated and clean. The small things, like at least two coffee packs and more than two plastic cups are are a nice touch.

The store downstairs is always well stocked. That said, the only suggestion I would like to offer is to add beer/wine/canned cocktails/Ranch Water etc. to the store and you have a home run.

Friendly. Clean, new, stylish and convenient. The pool, fitness center and breakfast were all done really well. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet and I got a super comfy night’s sleep. The location right off of I75 made it even more convenient. I think my favorite thing was how new and shiny everything was!

My wife and I stopped here for an overnight stay while seeing Alan Jackson in Lexington. From start to finish this hotel exceeded all expectations. They even upgraded our room to a suite without us even asking! It is clean, check in and out is simple. You had the noise you would expect at a hotel, but with it being next to the interstate, it was surprisingly quiet! The beds were comfortable. For the price, I was hesitant and didn't expect much, but I was wrong!

We would not hesitate to stay here again and even for a longer period of time. We had a King suite and it was way more than enough room for us.

Nice property, convenient to the highway, easy to find, clean and comfortable rooms, very safe area, good value, easy check-in, good internet, with gym, a pool, outdoor seating area, nice breakfast buffet included plenty to eat, hot coffee to get the day started, restaurants nearby, quick and easy checkout. We mistakenly left an item behind and when we called to check the next day, they had it in their lost and found. The staff were very helpful in arranging getting it shipped back to our home by US postal service. We would definitely stay there again when we pass through Lexington.

This hotel was very clean throughout. It's been quite some time that I had such a good experience in a hotel. The gym had everything I needed for a great workout. There was an indoor pool but i didn't have time to swim.
The room was clean and quiet. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at this location again.

This is a nice new hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice, and I will definitely stay here again. The ice maker on our floor (4) is broken but that's no biggie. The pool is indoors and a little small. The breakfast is pretty basic but they do have waffle makers. No problem getting extra towels and supplies.

This hotel is amazing! It was built in 2018. The staff is super friendly and prompt when asked for anything. The room was great. The showers are heavenly. They have excellent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower. I didn't even use my travel product because theirs were wonderful. The pool was clean and great for exercise and relaxation. Everything is clean and the maid service phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We very highly recommend this hotel. We most definitely will be staying here again! A huge thanks to the entire staff.

I booked this reservation through the Hotels app and I believe I received my money's worth. It was clean, tv huge and the king size mattress was extremely comfy. I especially loved the fragrant soaps and walk-in shower with the footrest. If one wasn't seriously mobility challenged, with a bit of negotiation, one could even use that as a seat to rest.

I wish that I had arrived back to the hotel from my engagement for a better night's rest. Since I didn't get a chance to linger in bed longer before 11:30 am checkout and before breakfast ended at 9:30 am, I'm actually looking to buy this hotel's mattress.

This booking turned out to be a welcome surprise. I will definitely select this hotel again when in Lexington.

The manager, Chris Hatfield, is very welcoming and cares about his customers, his staff and his hotel. We are so glad we chose to stay at this Fairfield. We arrived before check in and he provided us with a great room, which was modern and up to date. We actually had a suite which had 2 TV's and a nice large seating area. The shower was nice and large. The window shade in the room had a printed scene of part of the property of the original Marriott home place. Very unique. The meeting area downstairs had comfortable chairs with tables for families and friends to gather. The breakfast area was very nice with something for all palates. There was always coffee available through out the day.
All the staff we interacted with was friendly and we could tell they enjoyed working for Chris.
If you are in Lexington, KY and can stay in this hotel, do so. You won't be sorry.

Convenient location right off the highway near gas and food. This hotel looked brand new and is super clean. The beds were comfortable and the double queen room had a spacious desk for my little ones to eat at. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was absolutely amazing, some of the most friendly staff we've come across in our 1800 mile journey.

This place was great! The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing me to park my van with a trailer attached in the front loading zone all night since there wasn't a spot for it in the parking lot. The room was updated and clean with a big shower, which was a big plus for me! The bed was also heavenly! The continental breakfast was one of the best that I've been to and had a so many varieties of breakfast foods. If I'm ever back in this area, I know where I'll be staying.

Super clean and comfortable— great mattresses. I didn’t need to bring my pillow from home; theirs were better! Good coffee and breakfast selection. Wish we’d had time to use the nice gym!

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds and a decent gymnasium with freeweights and cardio equipment. Breakfast included. Seems like one of the newer hotels in the area.
Decent price although over the phone I was quoted pre tax so expect to pay 5% more than you expect. No complaints.

Beautiful! Although it had just opened 3 months prior, it was one of the nicest reasonable hotels I have stayed at. Comfortable bed, nice sheets, Paul Mitchell hair products. Best breakfast I have ever seen. Good varity of fruit, oatmeal and yummy toppings along with eggs and sausage, and many other choices. I'm glad hotels are taking a healthier approach to their breakfast food. I will definitely stay at this location again!
