He genuinely wants to see his customers get into a great vehicle. I watched him involved in a money transaction with another customer.The gal handed him way more money than she realized. He immediately pointed this out and handed the overpayment back to her. I don't know how many used car salesman would do that in this day. I ended up buying two cars from him in less than a week. Just about the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Straight forward and well priced. Even our loan agent was surprised at how much under KBB the price was. Didn't try to upsale or BS us. There was something we chose to have done and he sent us to his mechanic. The price was just about half what the major tire place down the road was going to charge us. Bought a 08 highlander, to replace my 07 highlander that was totalled. I don't have good credit/no credit but I was able to get a loan that will build my credit. Stephan is an awesome salesmen/owner; very down to earth on what you should buy, not like other salesmen that just try to make a sale.
