We’ve used this company for years and love them. Such good people and prices and affordable. This is the sort of business that makes the world feel like occasionally, it works like it’s supposed to work.

This morning Paul, one of the many great folks there, stopped by when I mentioned my tub wasn’t draining properly. I’m so embarrassed to admit to you that when I was cleaning, I hit the drain latch that holds the bath water in place and that’s why it wasn’t draining. He noticed it immediately and smiled making me feel better. I tried to pay and he wouldn’t take my money.

I had a leaking tub faucet emergency and SOS Plumbing and Drain Service came to the rescue. Mike scheduled a prompt appointment, and Steve, the plumber, did an excellent job. He fixed the plumbing, installed a new faucet, and even had to cut into our cabinet and drywall, but he did it professionally and cleanly. My wife will never know what i did. : ).

I detected a very slight gas smell and immediately tried calling some companies. It was recommended that I call Avista Gas and have them out immediately in case there was a serious issue. Avista came to the home promptly and pulled out the gas stove and found a very small leak at the valve where it goes into the gas pipe in the floor. They said it was not an emergency and posed no danger, but to get it repaired as soon as possible. They then recommended SOS.

I would have called SOS first had I known they dealt with gas lines. I called and left a message detailing my problem. First thing the next morning I was contacted and they said they had someone in the vicinity and they could stop by and take a look at it. They quickly arrived and pulled the gas range out and checked it over. He said he could take care of it. I was really pleased to hear this and greatly appreciated the quick fix. He was obviously working on other calls in the area and thought the job small enough and their customer and their problem significant enough to get it quickly repaired.

It was done in short time and it was a relief to have the work done so quickly. In these times where labor and help is very scarce, customers need to cut contractors a little slack. This was the third time I've had SOS do some work and every time they have gone out of their way to try to get the jobs done. They have been in the valley a long time and I frequently hear their name come up or spoken of with high regard when it comes to recommending plumbers and services.

SOS Plumbing repaired and replaced toilet innards, leaking faucets, and even the shower at my brother's apartment. He is disabled; SOS did all of the work and even gave a discount for a reasonable charge lower than we thought. They are the best!!

I use SOS Plumbing all the time for various rental properties. I have experienced good consistent service no matter who comes out to perform the work. They are great at getting in and getting the job done in a no nonsense, efficient and competent manner. If you have an emergency situation they will make every effort to get there as soon as they can. Their pricing is at average market...at least on repair jobs. Can't ask for more than that!

We've used SOS several times in the last 5 years. I forget the plumbers name but he is the best person you would want to help you! I don't care about brand names as far as like Rotorutter and others the thing that makes a business is their employees and SOS has that 10 fold. Will never call another company!

I've had SOS out several times now after having used a few other plumbers in the valley. They are the ones I'm going to stick with. Their prices are competitive, the plumbers are pleasant and knowledgeable, and their office people are excellent -- not to mention their work is good and guaranteed. I can't ask for more than that!

After putting up with an annoying dripping faucet in the master bathroom, suddenly our problem became much worse and water started pouring slowly but steadily until I finally shut off the flow under the sink. I then called SOS Plumbing here in Talent. The person who took my call was extremely courteous as I explained the situation and then scheduled a service call for the following morning. The plumber arrived right on time and then went straight to work. After looking at my situation, he explained the problem to me in understandable terms and I appreciated it very much. I then had him fix the one sink and do the other too as it was showing signs of wear. I am very impressed with this company and will call them again if ever I have another plumbing need. I recommended this company highly!!

My water heater blew over the weekend. Greg is the man! He was professional and coutreous. Didn't even give me a hard time about the clutter.
SOS, and I'm talking about the entire staff here went far above standard. I called the office at 0400 recieved a call back from the office saying they would try to have somebody out today but definitely tomorrow.
Greg called me before noon and asked if it was ok to come by. The time is now 14:38. I have hot water.
FYI Greg said it was the worst water heater fail he has come across. Didn't phase him. He went to work undaunted.
