Quality Inn Lexington East/Hamburg Area

Even though my choice rewards reservation messed up. The night clerk was excellent in help and got me a good rate on the room. Excellent stay and a very comfortable bed!

I believe the guy at the front desk was named Dustin. He was such a nice, professional gentleman who makes you feel right at home and very welcomed. The rooms are updated, very clean and overall a great place to stay. This will be my 1st choice for hotels in Lexington when I travel.

Room had a strange odor and the lamp shade between the beds was FILTHY . LAMP shades are cheap Replace them . Staff was wonderful . Free breakfast was alright . The cook should of drain the water off the eggs . Would have been better . The free wifi worked well. Hotel is in safe location . Walking distance to a BBQ restaurant and a Crackerbarrel restaurant. Good location and quiet hotel at night .

Great people working on the desk . The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good! Building was quite and safe feeling!!
Will be returning to this motel in the future.

I worked here a few years ago. I only know what things were like when I was employed there. That said, the property always took a lot of time and effort to investigate any bedbug situation or bedbug-like situation, and dealt with it without mercy.
The food at breakfast was always fresh- to the point of being kind of sharp with any employee who didn't dump non-fresh food in a timely fashion.

I might have some personal disagreements with the brand name representatives, but this particular property was very well managed and I have nothing but respect for the owner. He was always very generous with mistakes, at his own loss, and kind to residents who were gracious in response.

Dallas at front desk was awesome, as were the other staff members. Great room for the money, recently renovated. Breakfast was average.

We came to Lexington from Cleveland for a Jack Harlow concert. Service was great, we held friendly conversation about the concert with the two gentlemen working the front counter. Room was very clean and facilities were as well😊

This hotel is newly renovated and whoever did it did an impressive job. Typically I see renovations done in a very poor manner. The rooms have an almost new feel to them. You are hard pressed to find shoddy drywall anywhere. The rooms are clean and smell nice. My allergies didn't scream at me while sleeping.
The lobby has an equally clean and modern appearance. Breakfast is what one would expect with a hot continental breakfast.
My only complaint after two stays is there was some mold this morning on the bottom of my shower curtain. I asked to have it changed today and was told it would be taken care of.

Very nice and clean room. The building was also clean and pleasant. The checking and checkout staff for me were amazing! both helped me with my trailer when I arrived and departed. I had some issues with backing up, so I needed help unattatching my trailer and moving it into a parking spot. Easing my anxiety a ton! Thank you, guys!!!

Staff are super helpful and kind. I loved the humor the employee had that checked us in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Best pillows ever!! Hot breakfast bar with gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, danishes and more. It’s great for the price.

Stayed here last week. This is my second stay. I gave it a 5 then. Somehow my first review was erased.when I started this review. This motel is as perfect as a motel can get.yThis is my motel when I am traveling this way. It provides for all my needs. Room is perfect, bed is comfortable and cleaning is as good as it can be. The receptionist was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the facilities. This motel is a perfect 5

This isn’t a fancy hotel by any means but it was clean which is important to me. The real bonus was their staff. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly. Even had deep conversation with a couple of them. Breakfast here isn’t anything to write home about but it’s simple and will fill you up.

The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Be advised the beds are very tall. I am 5'2 and I struggled to get in the bed. Hahaha. The shower didn't get very hot but it was fine. I like my showers hot. I'm sure they have it that way for safety. Overall the room was good. It was clean. We got good rest. I'd book here again. I took off a star for the super tall bed and not hot shower.

Room was clean and cozy.. The beds were fantastic. Pool and pool area were very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shawna, ( front desk/manager ) was the best. She was so friendly, interacted with the 5 children with me and acted genuinely happy werre there. She is an asset to your establishment. Thank you. We will only stay here from now on.

Wow...this Hotel is true Quality. The rooms are spacious and are decorated with the Heritage of the area in mind...horses. The lobby is modern and decorate with the utmost care. The breakfast is a great way to start you day and the staff is top quality. This property holds up to it's name. I will be back!

Front Desk staff was very helpful. Rooms are renovated and clean. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice. Perfect location. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

We were welcomed by August at the front desk. She was very helpful and friendly! The beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot. It was nice and clean. The area was safe and easily accessed from the highway. Plenty of gas stations and food options nearby.

I go here several times a year and let my grandkids swim. They are always so nice & helpful.
