How ironic that the person who helped me and my husband was also named Jeremiah. While shopping in the tent he helped us find everything and load everything in our cart. Our cart being full and having more shopping to do he suggested that we fill out a slip of paper(he filled it out for us) to take to the cashier and we could leave our basket and get another one so we wouldn't have to lug two baskets around. On our way out he took our basket to our car and helped us unload it. It was a great experience.

The Thunderbird is always a great place to shop for groceries. They always have good fresh produce and very friendly employees!

The monster truck is in Sherm's parking lot just for that day... and the sales paper comes out in the Mail Tribune every Wednesday. My family and I shop at Sherm's weekly... the people who work there are friendly, the aisles are spacious. They have everything we need for less money than the bigger stores charge. Try shopping there for two or three weeks in a row you will see the difference.

Always clean, best produce, meat selection in town. There prices are reasonable and their staff is always friendly.

I love that they get local produce and they support the local community. I'm impressed by their variety and selection: I can find things here no one else sells. I also love that they don't waste money remodeling every few years like some places. It is wonderfully funky and I hope it stays that way!

Friendly staff. Helpful with directions to products you're looking for. The greatest part, if they don't know where it is, they will search for/with you! An awesome bonus!

They have a great selection. They just have higher prices than they're sister store across town but you get great customer service. Everyone who works there has a great attitude and are always willing to help with any of your needs. The store is always so very clean which is another great reason to shop at Sherm's Thunderbird. When they have they're "Meat Bonanza" sale they have prices on all meats that literally can't be beat.

I appreciate that the store is small enough to get through it quickly but also has everything I need and especially a great produce section. The cashiers are absolutely amazing they are friendly and they are efficient and they work so hard.

When I shop at Sherm's I get a lot more food for my money than if I shopped anywhere else.

The prices are about the best there is! My family and I have been to just about every store here in the Rogue Valley, and no one comes close to the prices and sales that Thunderbird gives, except for their partner company store, Food 4 Less. You get more for your money that's for sure! Not only are the prices great, the employees go the extra mile to help and assist in anyway possible! They are all very friendly! I've never come across an unfriendly or unhelpful employee ever, and I've been shopping there for over 20 years!

Brenda who is usually at the 10 Items or Less station is one of the best and nicest people I have ever experienced at a grocery store. I hope that she gets a raise! This is a great great place to shop. Great prices and all the people are very nice.

I've been going to this grocery store for 15 plus years, and still love it just to me today as I did today I went in very fair pricing and very friendly staff (well most staff) I have to say I have ran into a few really snotty people but they don't last very long usually

Sherm's Thunderbird and all their stores are a find. I mean you might not ever go to a normal supermarket after visiting their stores. The prices are great and the selection outstanding. If you go to the big store in Medford, you will walk for nearly a mile through many many choices of all kinds of foods. Sherm was a great guy who did much for the community. He created a resource in the supermarket for people who could not afford expensive choices, but still made things fantastic for any shopper. When I am in Medford, I always go to Sherm's. - We go there every time we are in town. Check it out.

We have shopped at this location for over 20 years. The prices are great, but the produce is not always the freshest. Customer service is awesome, most of the workers greet us by our first name. Sometimes there is a long wait in line depending on the time of day.

My parents had been grocery shopping here since 1965. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The employees are wonderful and the prices are excellent. Sherm's has been my go to shopper since I can remember.

I personally shop here on the regular especially for ground beef, stew meat and steaks. They have decent pricing and decent quality. Their produce section is wonderful as well. Great prices on bell peppers.

Been shopping here since arriving in SW Oregon in 2000. Great selection/prices. Very friendly staff. Owner has 1st rate rep in community for charitable work. Excellent bulk section and mostly good organic produce. The floor tiles may not match, but the vibe is solid.

Convenient, low prices, and a friendly staff. Willing to expand selection upon customers request. Stellar meat bonanzas! I mean it super friendly staff. Competitive pricing. Good for a quick stop, or for doing the bulk of your shopping.

I appreciate the services and goods from the establishment, they are economic with their prices and have a decent selection of goods for your general needs. The establishment is weapon (conceal or open) friendly to all, as long as you have pleasant demeanor. They pay their employees well for there years of services, compare to major suppliers (Wal-Mart, Target, etc). The employees seem to have a relaxed environment to work and have time to assist the general customers.
