Suncrest - Southbound Rest Area

It's always great to stop and stretch your legs. When you find a rest stop that allows you to do so comfortably and in a well maintained environment you make sure you pin it for future trips. This is one of the many stops we frequent. It's a quick stop and hop ride back on the road with plenty of room for our German Shepherd to run

Lovely, clean, large safe spot to walk dogs.

clean, has not only womens/mens room but also a companion restroom.

Clean and quiet-ish (noting it IS next to a freeway).
Was able to stay overnight to get some rest in our camper van. Wasn’t disturbed.

Great Rest Area to go, if you have pets it's got a pets area. BUT BEWARE of the Lady with the dog in the Black Dodge Durango, her dog bites people.

Awesome rest stop. Nobody hassles you. You can park and take a nap while travelling. Scenery is beautiful. Bathrooms stocked and kept clean.

Very nice, and the host with the accent was very nice and respectful in letting me know the rules. Maybe being from a different country is why he was able to have authority and not come across as a bully. Thank you for treating me with respect.

Well kept. Good place to walk dogs. Employees very nice. Need to sleep overnight=no problems. A++

Nice and clean rest stop with enough grass area to let your dog run around and stretch their legs and to get a little bit of exercise.

Clean restrooms, beverage and snack vending machines, picnic tables, and very easy to get to from the highway.

One of my favorite rest areas on Hwy 5. Big trees and picnic tables. Always clean and nice facilities.
